I personally designed and decorated every corner of it, from the hand-painted bunk rooms and painted arch to the Mario-style arcade, with a lot of love and care. ✹ Easy self-check-in via the keypad smart lock on the front door. A personalized code will be sent to you before check-in.



✹ Rental Agreement & ID Verification: All guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete ID verification within 48hrs of the booking. Reservations are not considered finalized until both steps are completed. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in cancellation of the stay.



✹ Damage Protection: Small accidental damage under $500 is covered at no extra cost. Just let us know right away if anything breaks. Damage from parties, smoking, pets or misuse isn’t covered.



✹ Security Cameras: For added security, the property has four exterior cameras: one at the front of the house near the garage, one at the front door and two on the side of the home, plus a Ring doorbell at the front door. There are no cameras inside the property.



✹ Safety & Use at Your Own Risk: The pool, spa, BBQ grill, arcade and super bike games, bunk beds and resort amenities are used at guests' own risk. There is no lifeguard on duty; children must be supervised by an adult at all times. The grill gets extremely hot during and after use; it is for adult use only and should never be left unattended. Please keep children away from the grill and summer kitchen area. We are not liable for injuries or accidents resulting from misuse of the property or its amenities.
