Although the house was clean there were alot of issues that need to be addressed. First the gate staff's communication was not on the same page. Upon arriving Thursday we were suppose to receive gate passes for every car in our party. We asked several different times and finally received passes on Saturday evening, the day before our checkout. The microwave handle was broken when we got to the house. Vacasa was notified and very responsive. They said they would send someone out to fix but that never happened. We requested pool/spa heat after checking in, to which the policy is to request before, however for $108 they were willing to heat the pool spa. We were charged and than told 4hrs later, after we called back to check on it, that they do not heat pools from May-October. When requested at least the jacuzzi to be heated they said they'd put in a ticket, the jacuzzi remained cold during our stay. The remotes had no batteries, the can opener and knives were dull, the iron only had one setting, the couch upstairs needs to be repaired badly, and the comforters on the beds were like thick curtains. If the above issues were fixed the house would be five stars. But our stay was a 3, the house served its purpose for the weekend.
