The Space:

This modern two-story townhouse is designed with comfort and functionality in mind, making it an excellent choice for families, business travelers, or extended stays. Located within West Lucaya Village Resort, the community offers resort-style amenities including a clubhouse, swimming pool, jacuzzi, fitness center, game room, playroom, lounge areas, and a business center. You’ll also be conveniently close to major shopping areas, outlet malls, restaurants, and Orlando’s world-renowned attractions.

Unwind in the open-concept living room featuring a plush sectional sofa, Smart TV, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. The adjacent dining area seats six and is perfect for shared meals, games, or planning the day’s activities.

The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a coffee maker, blender, toaster, and all essential cookware. Whether preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner, everything you need is right at hand.

• Bedroom 1 (Ground Floor): King bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

• Bedroom 2 (Upstairs): King bed with en-suite bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

• Bedroom 3 (Upstairs): One full bed and one twin bed, with access to a shared bathroom with walk-in shower.

• Bedroom 4 (Upstairs): One full bed and one twin bed, also sharing the bathroom with walk-in shower.

* Each bathroom is stocked with fresh towels, shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper for your convenience.

Laundry & Parking

This short-term rental strictly cannot be used for events or group gatherings that exceed maximum occupancy.



The townhome is located in a community that provides 24/7 gated security.



The townhouse has fire extinguishers, smoke and carbon monoxide alarms.



Wi-Fi, TV, bed linens, and towels are provided free for all guests during your stay.



There is no daily housekeeping service but if you'd like the place cleaned during your stay, that can be requested for an additional fee.



Florida law does not allow opened food to be kept in the kitchen or refrigerator so all food items are removed after each guest checks out. Therefore there will be no supply of items such as condiments, coffee grounds, boxed food, cooking oil, sugar, etc. prior to check-in. You'll need to purchase what you need and bring it to the home.



We do provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive like: paper towels, dish sponge, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags in all trash cans, and a roll of toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo and conditioner in each full bathroom. These will not be replenished and additional supplies that are needed, will have to be purchased by the guest.



Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.



A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.



Early check in is subject to availability with an additional fee.



House Rules:

- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.

- Guests must climb stairs at the property.

- No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed on the premises. The use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 USD penalty.

- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 11 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.

- A pack 'n play and high chair are available free of charge upon request. To ensure availability, we kindly ask guests to request these items at least 48 hours in advance.

- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property.

- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.

- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.

- Please avoid moving furniture.

- Pets are not allowed.

- If you're booking through a reservation platform where we are the merchant of record, a $300 USD security deposit will be charged before your arrival and subsequently refunded 5-7 days after your check out, providing no damages were caused during your stay. Please note that a 3.75% credit card fee will be deducted from the transaction.



Interaction with Guests:

You can self-check-in using the electronic keypad on the door. Before your arrival, you will be provided with access codes to the gated community and the home. You’ll have complete privacy during your stay, but we’re available 7 days a week. Should you need anything, just send us a message.
