Great space for a family gathering

We were are large family group from grandparents to small grandchildren and had a great time in this house. There were are variety of bedroom configurations that met our needs well and the strollers and pack and play were helpful with the little ones. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with the kids and the community pool and game room were great.

Epic Family Vacation

The property was perfect for our family trip. We had 10 adults, 2 teenagers and 5 children, 5year old, a 1-year-old and three two-year-olds. The house had something for everyone and was clean and comfortable. The pool was clean, plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, and lots of space to hang out. No one was ever bored, and the spaces were kid friendly, (strollers/highchairs, baby bed, pack and play) so no fear of breaking anything. This trip included a Disney visit, wedding and family time and had been planned for over a year and did not disappoint. Definite positives were the safety fence by the pool, the neighborhood with a resort pool/lazy river and workout gym. The communication as the trip approached with April, gave us confidence that we had booked the right place for our family. The proximity to stores, beach, and Disney properties was great. We would suggest a binder full of menus, ideas for ordering in and general local information. It does appear many homes are being renovated/upgraded etc. so we assume the area is always improving. It was confusing on how to pay without using a credit card, as we would have preferred to pay via a cashier check but were not given the mailing address. The cost was affordable for our family, and we will have memories for years to come

Disappointed

• The access information provided to unlock the property did not work at check in. • The property in the photos was not the same as the one we stayed at; our property was very dated. Spackle spots were all over where paint needed to be fixed. • The chairs that looked so nice in the listing photos were stained and/or chair covers were ripped. • The dryer did not dry; took 4 days to fix. • The dishwasher did not dry and racks were rusty; took 4 days to fix. • We had missing fire extinguishers and burned out lightbulbs. • Closet doors were falling off of tracks, curtain rods were falling off of the walls. • General cleanliness was ok, but we found empty water bottles behind a bed and it was pretty dusty (and not sure when the last time the bath mats had been washed). • The sliding door to the patio was very hard to slide/the track was very dirty. • The grill that we paid extra for was not clean upon arrival. They traded it out for a grill that was just as dirty and had a broken wheel. At the end, they brought a new (which was appreciated so future guests could use). Overall, I sent a 19 point email to the property manager with 28 photos of issues. With the amount of money we spent on the property, it was not worth it for this home. Good things - the house was a great size for the family and the pool was warm, which we paid for. I love the complex and we will be back, but we won't be renting with this group again.

Family Trip

The house was more than we all expected. Truly loved it wanted to bring the house ba k with us. The only issue was the refrigerator and dryer. Everything else was PERFECT!!

Scott’s Take Over Orlando 2024

This isn’t the house we initially booked. I received a call a few days prior to us leaving for our family trip. Stating that the house we booked has a roof leak. However, we were giving another house which was nice. Very spacious. A few issues though. The refrigerator leaks water and there were tiny ants in the kitchen drawer and the bathroom on the first floor. To us that was minor. We still enjoyed the house and we all enjoyed the pool. We had a great time with our family.

Wonderful stay!

House is exactly as pictured online with the exception of the grill. Plenty of room for a family gathering. We had 15 people and there was more than enough space for everyone. Everyone enjoyed the clubhouse and the pool at the home. We will definitely be back next year.

Nice home, but read the fine print

Nice property and spacious. Was a little surprised that the house booked online was not the house we stayed in. Similar property, but not the same address (guess I missed that in the print somewhere). Upon arrival the additional notes on the fridge were interesting, the property management of the home was sure to tell you of additional fees that you will incur if XYZ are or are not done. For example, $50 charge for loose trash in the trash outside the house. The second night there we discovered the trash was full of loose trash which included beer cans, dirty diapers, empty bleach bottle, hair extensions and so many other treasures. I’m not sure if the previous people were charged for that or not, but we ended up having to bag that so that we wouldn’t be charged. Overall the home was great, it was just the little surprises here and there that caught us off guard. I will add that the property manager that we did work with was very responsive. They fixed the grill issue we had and replaced a broken blender. I would book again and recommend others to this house.

Florida family trip

The house was diffentley big enough for our 3 families. Everyone had plenty of space to get away when they need alone time. The pool was great to have and we used it all the time. I do have to say the pool table upstairs needs some love. It is pretty ran down. But honestly it was nice to be able to have your own place.

Horrible condition

Nothing was as it was shown on the VRBO website. Couches has sheet covers because of condition of couch. Musty smell and most fans and lights did not work. Hot Tub did not worn for the first 2 days. Had to beg to get someone to fix it. Grill propane tank was empty and had to request new one. The Trash was full when we arrived and should have been empty. Soccer table had handle missing and could not play. When reaching out to property manager they said I was complaining about everything and they would give me a refund to leave, I told them that we had no where else to go and this was booked a long time ago. It was the WOST experience I have ever had. Changed my opinion about VRBO and will never use again. Ruined our vacation and my sons Birthday.

Wonderful Stay

Great time!

This was my family’s first trip to area and it was great. My daughter is handicap and I only would suggest putting a shower head that can be removed for easier washing for one of bottom bathroom. I had to use a cup. The beds were pretty firm as well but nothing the jacuzzi couldn’t fix. ☺️

This property was comfortable, clean and inviting. This property has minor wear and tear, to be expected. Had to call regarding propane tank. Resolved quickly. My family and I had a wonderful reunion and experience here. This property is very well kept. Would stay there again

Loved Everything!

April is so great to work with!! April sent us a welcome email with all the details on how check in and out, directions and how to use amenities. Also gave us a list of things we would need. April quickly responded to questions or concerns. The home was clean and smelled clean, home is updated and everything was in working condition. We loved it, it was perfect and had tons of room for our group of 14 (8 adults and 6 kids) No one was ever in anyone’s way. We spent most of our time in the pool and lanai area. We grilled almost everyday (There’s great seafood markets close by that you can get cheap seafood to grill). I Love that there’s a door that leads from by the pool directly to the bathroom in the master bedroom so kids aren’t tracking water throughout the house. It was a quick 5 min walk to the club house (remember to take beach towels and tubes from the house to use in the lazy river). The workout facilities and arcade were closed due to covid. There’s a great sand volleyball court and basketball court we spent a couple of afternoons playing at (They don’t supply volleyball or basketball at club house. We bought one for $5 from Walmart that 10 mins away). We only had one problem and I didn’t take any stars away because it was resolved so quickly. We had ordered use of the bbq grill. We tried to use on Monday night but the propane tank was empty. Messaged April close to midnight to tell of the problem and there was a new tank on Tuesday morning. We loved everything and had a wonderful experience. April was a delight to work with! We will definitely be back!!!

Fantastic!!!

April and her staff were great... had an issue with the hot tub due to the pump freezing and her staff was at the property in minutes. The house is fantastic for all 14 of us. Kids loved the game room!!!!

Family Reunion

We had 13 people in our party and there was room for everyone. We loved the large open concept room for family eating. The kids never missed a day in the pool. The extra charge for the bbq grill and heating of the pool was well worth it. We had a couple of minor issues but they were fixed either immediately or within the hour. Would love to come here again.

Disney family vacation

Very Happy

We had an amazing holiday made all the special staying in this villa. Well equipped, spotlessly clean and very spacious. Just a couple of things needed some attention whilst we were there, such as the pool cleaning and even the response to this request was immediate. April's communication throughout the process was great, even helping us choose and secure the right villa based on our needs. Fantastic villa and great service, thank you!

Amazing Disney Vacation

I would definitely recommend this home for your vacation! The property was absolutely beautiful with enough space for our family of 20! The commute to most attractions in the area was less than 20 minutes! All the amenities allowed for our family to share many moments together when we were not inside Disney or at other attractions! The clubhouse is amazing as well...the water park made us super happy! Good establishments and shopping centers were pretty close as well. Getting in touch with someone if we needed anything was super quick and the process for booking the house was quick and seamless! And to it off, For everything offered the price was very affordable! Thanks so much for making our family vacation a success!

FABULOUS SPACIOUS VILLA

THE VILLA LIVED UP TO OUR EXPECTATIONS. THE POOL WAS DIVINE IN THE EARLY MORNING WITH THE SUN . SPOTLESS AND VERY SPACIOUS. THERE WAD 11 ADULTS AND 2 TEENAGERS .I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND IT FOR A FAMILY HOLIDAY .

Great house!!!

The house was perfectly suited for our group of 13 with lots of space. The upstairs with relaxing space, pool table and foosball was great for the kids and open kitchen/living/dining space was fantastic for the adults! The house was very clean and with all we needed. April was very responsive and helpful for any questions we had leading up to our stay and while we were there. We would definitely rent this house again and recommend to friends and family!
