LOCATION
Windsor Hills is the closest resort neighborhood with private pools to Disney World. Don't fall for other listings that say they're "close" to Disney but are actually ~10mi away through heavy I-4 traffic that can take 45 mins. Windsor Hills is practically across the street from Disney property, and will have you to the parks in no time!

Please note that Windsor Hills has strict rules on the number of vehicles per home, and limits bookings to 3 vehicles per property. We can sometimes get a 4th added with prior approval from the HOA, but that is on a case specific basis.
