We had a wonderful stay at this property. Kitchen had everything you could need for cooking. Location was perfect for us. Not too far from Disney and great bike paths right by the facility which we used most every day. Airport was also close by which was helpful. The swimming pool was great. The hot tub broke down the last few days we were there but prior to that it was awesome. The heated pool was kept at a comfortable temperature. The basketball court was a wonderful surprise for my grandson, he used it all the time while he was here. Should I make another visit down this way, I would definitely book the place again. The owner was very accessible for answers to questions we had. Very happy with our experIence

For the most part everything was clean. Distance to disney parks was about 25 to 30 minute drive. Which would of liked it to be more like 15 minutes. Would recommended they update their kitchen appliances (like blender and some utensils). Would have like to have had extra toilet paper roll as courtesy.

Great location, roughly 20 minutes from Disney/30 from Universal. Easy check in process. Kevin was fast and very responsive. Home had everything we needed for our stay. Comfortably fit our family, nice to have separate rooms for kids upstairs. Thanks for sharing your home with us for the holidays

What stood out most was how well equipped the house was. We cook a lot of our own meals, and everything we needed was there and in excellent condition. It was such a pleasure to stay here. The place was so clean and tidy. We really enjoyed the easy access to the main pool. It also wasn’t too far from any theme park as well. Would love to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Stayed here for AAU Nationals

Location was great for where we needed to be for 4 days. We stayed a few extra days to relax & go to Magic Kingdom. The property was perfect for me, my mom & 2 girls (17 & 15). The pool was very nice too.

Great Place to Stay!

The property was very nicely kept and clean. Located in a nice little gated quiet community, I would highly recommend this for anyone looking to get away. It was also close to some great restaurants and attractions.

A great treasure

Unit has been remodel and is well located in the resort. The host is very easy to reach. Unit is well furnished with everything you need to make your stay perfect.Minutes from the gate, lobby and pool.Great bicycle paths just on the oder side of the road.Located Minutes from major theme parks.

Great owner

I had to contact the owner a few times for various needs. I could not figure out how to work the nest thermostat and the home was getting very warm. I called him flustered and sweaty at 2 am in the morning of which he answered and made sure I had it all worked out. The AC unit is new and huge did a great job keeping house cold for our entire stay. We spent a week there. The community has very strict rules in order to keep the peace amongsts home owners and travelers. They like a nice quiet crowd there. As long as you respect the rules they are great and very safe community. I had seen previous reviews for this community about having parking issues. The homeowner does a great job getting your vehicle registered with the community ahead of time and we had no problems coming and going all day long at all hours. There was a Walmart around the corner where we could get all of our food for the week and plenty of dishes for a family of 4 to cook with and eat off of. The master bedroom/bathroom had a Jacuzzi tub that was amazing and totally worth the stay. If we travel to Orlando again I will for sure book with this VRBO location again.

The property was as listed. Location of the property is very nice with easy access. Beautiful layout great for recreation, walking, running, tennis, volleyball, swimming, basketball. My only concern or issue was the internet quality. Although we’re on vacation my wife had some assignments to do for nursing school. I wish the internet and tv quality could have been better. I would stay here again.

The property description is as accurate as the host listed it.

I enjoyed the property and it's amenities only issue was shortage of towels and pot sizes but other than that I can't complain about anything. The host was more than helpful and available to accept calls and messages.

Amazing place by a wonderful host!

What a wonderful place to stay! Kevin is a great host and is easy to work with! The location is great for hitting Disney and Universal! The entire family loved the condo and all agreed that hanging out in the condo wouldn't be a bad alternative to the parks if the weather was an issue. We have taken several different beach vacations where we have stayed in condos on the beach and spent lots of time in our rental. Kevin's condo would have to rank at the top of that list of places we have stayed! Tons of room for everyone to spread out and having two floors made mornings great for the kids! They like to sleep in. Great job Kevin! We will be back next time we are in the Orlando area!

Overall stay

This property was exactly what is posted! Great condition, clean, has plenty of kitchen items, etc. Owner of the condo was very responsive when needed. Place is well equipped with towels and extras like beach towels, pack n play, laundry and dish soap, washer and dryer, and plenty of blankets, pillows, etc. Would definitely stay here again!
