Convenient and spacious

Would recommend for a large group who needs easy access to Disney. We came for our child’s competition at ESPN and it was very convenient to get back and forth. Lots of room to spread out, newly updated bathrooms, pool access and quaint neighborhood. Shopping and restaurants were easily accessible and neighborhood was quiet.

The perfect house

Outside of it being just a little outdated, the house was perfect! We had 16 people and it accommodated everyone. We had a great time at the pool every night, and cooked everyday. What made the stay beyond perfect was the communication with the owner. Everything was explained in full detail, and she went above and beyond to make our stay even better by letting us check in extremely early because we drove 16hrs to get there, and got there a lot earlier than expected. Will always be grateful for that!

Amazing Family Vacation

This property and property management was amazing! There was 11 of us staying and we all had an amazing time. There was an incident with a leak and the property management was out ASAP to fix it, and questions or concerns during the entire stay was answered immediately. The property was very clean and spacious, the updates I would recommend would be a few of the mattesses could be replaced or a puffy mattress topper placed on them, because the springs can be felt through, and also place a handicap rails in the bathroom. My uncle has a bad knee and they would have been helpful. Overall the property was perfect and we will be looking forward to staying there again in the future.

Communication and Amenities

The house was spacious and cozy. However, we noticed that the entire house was a little dusty and furniture was a little outdated. Unable to manage the pool and hot tube function. What it make us very upset was that one day a lady came over to the house and started complaining about the garbage, one of our family members brought out some boxes and put them on the garbage can not knowing that needed to be put in in a garbage bag, we understand that the villa had some rules but it was more the way she approached us, and she also started complaining about the nex house's garbage can overflowing something that it didn't really concern us, she also came inside the house to showed me and read the rules about the garbage. At the time my family was having breakfast, we found this very disturbing and disrespectful, she stated she was the person in charge of maintenance or something. Me and my family didn't appreciate that. Hope no one else experience anything like this because it really ruined your day. Once again is the way you approached situations.

There were so many problems with Mickey's Mansion. When were arrived, the pool was ice cold. I had paid for it to be heated. The hot tub was also coldThe kitchen does not have adequate pans (there was a 8X8 pan to bake with} or bowls (1 large plastic bowl with a burn mark on the side) to cook with. The ice maker does not work. The dishwasher seal is broken. Several outlets in the house do not work. The beds are extremely uncomfortable, there were extra pillows and no pillowcases, they want you to wash all the towels before you leave. 2 of the bathrooms had mold in them. There is nothing to clean with. The game room has a broken foosball table and old pool table in the garage. There were no batteries or backs on several of the tv remotes. There were a lot of missing light bulbs in the lights, The entry light flickers after having them fix it. Someone did put in light bulbs in and put a cover over a electrical outlet but never fixed the outlet. The decorations are broken. The furniture is dated. We called the management company and all they did was give us a couple spoons and a song snd dance about the pool heater.

Certainly! Here’s a concise version of your review, reduced to under 1300 characters while keeping your key points and respectful tone:⸻Check-in was smooth, and the location was great. The property manager was kind and responsive, and the parking was a plus—plenty of space for six vehicles. However, the home fell short of expectations. It felt outdated with no smart TVs or modern touches. The beds were uncomfortable, and the downstairs bedroom opens into the living room, making it hard to sleep if others are up. The sliding glass door was hard to use, and the door leading to the garage stuck—my wife got stuck inside once. The microwave had issues, countertops were worn, and the trash can was full on arrival. No dustpan was provided, and kitchen utensils were low quality. The living room couch was stained and uncomfortable, and the patio furniture was old and worn. The pool alarm, though understandable, became a constant nuisance. These issues reminded us of why we often avoid homes in areas like Champions Gate or Solara, where maintenance is lacking.Despite the great location and friendly manager, the home needs significant updates to meet the standards of a quality rental. We hope this helps guests with similar expectations and wish the best to the host moving forward.

Don't set your expectations high.

1. There were ants all over the kitchen which I was told is a common thing in Florida. They sent "pest control" which did not help. I went and bought ant spray with my own money. 2. The washer and dryer were dirty. The washer is out of balance on the spin cycle. Sounds like a herd of cattle no matter how many times you try to shift/adjust the load. 3. The pool area was filthy with someone's fake fingernails laying around. I had to try and use the hose to clean it up but all the drains are clogged and won't let the water out of the enclosed area. 4. The beds are horrendous. OMG. Master bedroom downstairs shifts to one side and master bedroom upstairs has a huge dip in the middle and both feel like laying on the concrete. 5. Black mold in master bedroom shower. 6. Dishwasher doesn't clean dishes. I bought dishwashing liquid and handwashed dishes all week. 7. Not sure which stoplights are being referred to in the listing with "only three stoplights to Disney." That's a total lie. 8. The game room is the garage which has a split wall ac unit but no remote so it can't be used and it was 2 degrees hotter than the sun. These were the issues that I tried to just work through because I wanted to have a good week with my family. However.... For the money I paid and the misrepresentations in the listing, I felt it necessary to warn others.... Do NOT set your expectations higher than "just ok.". I could go on... But I'm character limited for this review

Lovely time. 15 people stayed in the villa and there was plenty of room

Villa was close to parks and 192. Minna was great to deal with and let us check out late as we had a late flight home. A few small issues but management company sorted them straight away. Would highly recommend this property
