Ceiling fans are turn off, all windows and doors are closed and locked. Once you are ready to leave, push the "Away" button on the main security panel and exit from the main entrance within 45

Rules

No street or grass parking permitted per the HOA rule and the county ordinance. We have weekly garbage collections at the subdivision. Recycle trash
collection day (for the blue lid bin) is on Wednesday early morning, and the regular garbage collection (for the brown lid bin) is on Thursday morning
Please put out the bins to the curbside on the evening before each collection day and retrieve them and put it back to inside the garage.
