Create unforgettable memories in this beautifully decorated townhouse, located in the lovely Windsor Palms Resort, just minutes from Disney Parks and Universal. This relaxing home includes a private screened-in patio, pool, two tastefully decorated adult bedrooms with king-size beds, and a Disney-themed kid's room fitted with a triple bunk bed and a queen bed. Resort amenities include an Olympic-size pool, kids splash pad, hot tub, Tiki Bar, arcade, fitness center, and much more!

This townhouse can comfortably accommodate a party of 9. There are two bedrooms upstairs, and one bedroom on the ground floor. The ground floor has a spacious, open layout with a full kitchen and living area. Stepping outside the back door leads into the private, screened-in patio and pool area. The front door is secured by an electronic deadbolt lock, for which a unique access code is provided to each guest. Once inside the front gate of the resort, it's a stress-free, self-check-in process.

The main bedroom is located on the second floor. It has a king-sized bed that comfortably sleeps 2, along with plenty of clothing storage between a large wooden dresser, two nightstands, and a large closet. Extra outlets and USB plugins are located alongside the bed, atop the two nightstands. On the wall is a mounted TV, perfectly situated for viewing from the bed. There is a private, attached bathroom that features a shower/tub combination. This bathroom is only accessible from the bedroom.

The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed and a triple bunk bed, designed with kids in mind. This room can sleep a total of 5 guests and boasts a large, mounted TV located in the center of the wall so that all guests can view it. The private, attached bathroom has a shower/tub combination and is only accessible from the bedroom.

A washing machine and dryer are located on the second floor, between the two upstairs bedrooms.

On the ground floor, near the front entrance is the final bedroom. This bedroom has a king-size bed along with an attached bathroom. There is a shower in the ground floor bathroom, with no tub. The bathroom has an additional entry from the common area, so it functions as the shared, ground-floor bathroom.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all major and small appliances, including a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, and microwave. The coffee maker is a Keurig that can handle K-cups as well as standard coffee. Cookware, utensils, and table service are all included. The open design of the kitchen flows seamlessly into the living room.

Stepping into the living room, you're met with a dining table ideal for enjoying a quick bite to eat before heading to the parks. After the day is over, enjoy relaxing on one of the two comfortable couches while being entertained by the enormous 75" smart TV mounted on the wall, which is easily viewable even from the kitchen.

During your stay, you'll have access to complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds of over 300 Mbps. The TVs in this townhouse are all equipped with both TiVo cable boxes as well as Roku streaming devices. Our Roku streaming devices are set up with guest mode enabled, so you can use all your favorite streaming platforms with full confidence that your information will be safely deleted after you depart. Located throughout the townhouse, and on either side of the beds, there are extra electrical outlets complete with standard and USB plugins, perfect for charging phones, laptops, and any other personal electronic devices.

When you're ready to cool off in the Florida sun, there's a private pool right outside the back sliding glass door. Easily watch the kids swimming from the comfort of the living room or kitchen. The pool area has seating as well as a child safety fence that can be set up within seconds.
