As outlined in the listing, there were some inaccurate descriptions of the amenities available. Upon further investigation into the property records, the club membership department confirmed that the owner does not have amenities access and is not a resort club member. We were also advised to book directly with the resort as others are being deceived when booking through other sites.We were advised that there was no way to gain entry to the waterpark if the owner is not a club member. There was no fee that we could pay or any other option available under any circumstances to enter the waterpark. We were also refused access to the resort’s golf cart rental for the same reason. Upon entering the game room/garage, we found several issues. The pool table was broken, the pool balls fell to the floor, which was a hazard, and it was uneven. Foosball’s game, the balls fell on the floor as the pockets were also broken. The tennis table top, which was placed on a dining table, was also broken, as well as the paddles. The projector was not functioning, and the two large chairs with chair covers were peeling so badly that we suspected mouse droppings. The cleaners arrived to clean the chairs and covered them with a drape to remove them from service during our stay. No seating on the balcony.The trash receptacle was partially filled from a previous stay. Despite being on vacation, the issues made our stay extremely inconvenient. We were forced to seek alternative entertainment options.
