Theme Park Craziness!

The house itself was beautiful and matched the website description and everyone was happy with their bedrooms. We had more maintenance issues than I expected for what we paid for, Pool alarm not working, Hot tub jets not working and pool needed to be cleaned upon arrival, however, they were very quick to respond and got things fixed as quickly as they could.

Girls Trip to Celebrate 50th Birthday

This house was absolutely perfect for our party of 8! Jeeves, the rental company was amazing to deal with and was so accommodating! The house was beautiful and was exactly as described! Perfect location to be near the parks and downtown Disney! Would absolutely recommend!

Superb with a few minor issues

Firstly, wow when you walk in. Spacious, clean etc. and you think exactly as expected for the price. We loved staying there. Great resort, great location, quiet (even with building work ongoing). However, there are a few issues that you would not expect and even though minor, they add up and you question the price you paid. Some of the sun beds were ripped. The cushions on the balcony furniture was disgustingly dirty and we did not use. It needs painting at the back as looks dirty. The pool, as expected, collects the garden bits from the wind and you would expect pool maintenance every few days but that did not occur. We had to try to clean it ourselves. One toilet was blocked. One toilet took 30 minutes to refill. No hot water out of the sink taps at all for 2 weeks and the list goes on (only have a number of characters). Like I said, minor issues I am sure you will agree but none of them should be an issue.

Very good but a few problems…

The property is set in an idilic location within Reunion Resort. The online photo don’t justify this gorgeous property. Very clean inside and didn’t disappoint. Plenty of social areas & lovely furnished living & dining areas as were the bedrooms. Only downside was the main bedroom downstairs had no air conditioning so had to leave bedroom door open at night to get cool air from the living area & we couldn’t get the safe to work, Outside however was not up to standard. The jacuzzi and swimming pool had thick green algae on areas of the steps in the pool & in most areas of the hot tub severe enough to block the pumps. We contacted maintenance after the jacuzzi emptied and couldn’t refill due to the algae and they were happy to take no further action.

2nd stay at this property

This is our 2nd stay at this property. Great beautiful location in Reunion Resort. We came back to this house because we simply like it. It’s a good fit for our family of 6.

Great Stay

Our stay was great. My family loved the house and how clean it was. Communication with management via the VRBO app was on point and got the job done. We will definitely consider staying in Reunion Resort via VRBO again soon.

Very nice property

Our stay was very enjoyable. the interior of the home is really nice but the pool area was a bit rougher than advertised with brush and debris scattered throughout. Also be wary of the large family of raccoons that invaded our garbage cans each day and night. Overall it’s a beautiful home and good for family vacation.

Disney Stay

Great house. Pool pump broke and no one responded to our maintenance calls. We were unable to use pool because of the sewage smell. Loved the house but part of the stay was to use the pool and outdoor area in the evenings.

Amazing house and prompt service when needed

The house was amazing and had everything we needed for a nice break from the cold north. In great shape and well decorated we highly recommend this house and jeeves.
