This stunning luxury modern villa has just been recently refurbished throughout and offers spacious accommodation located just minutes from Walt Disney World® Resort perfect for large families/groups. Sleeping up to 16 people in 6 bedrooms/5.5 bathrooms, the home has a private swimming pool with peaceful conservation view with a fun-packed games room plus full-size pool table located in family room. Offering a 'home away from home' experience as a fully equipped home with free WiFi and private driveway parking. Create your own special vacation memories at this wonderful home in a well-established resort with gate-guarded entrance for peace of mind with free access to all resort amenities on site which include a free-form pool, fitness center, sand volleyball court, internet, games room, children's playground, cafe and snack bar. The first floor includes a very large family room plus formal dining and sitting areas. Two king suites and two queen suites all with their own bathrooms, with fully fun themed Toy Story twin and double bunk bedrooms all of which are located on the second floor. There is also a day bed in the loft area which converts into two twin beds. The swimming pool and deck has sunbeds and a patio lounge area for enjoying the Florida climate with an outside grill/BBQ provided for your use while staying. Pool/jacuzzi heat can be provided for an additional fee if requested.

The was nice. We found some nails that were coming up on the stairs, two bugs in one of the masters, a cockroach I n the kitchen. We all had a problem with parking. In the book it said no parking on the street, but nothing about if you block the sidewalk your car will get towed. That. Happen to one family member. Big ants is a problem around the pool area. Even though all of that was going on we still had a great time. The game room needs to be updated

Nice Home

Nice home. The only downside was lack of towels. There were no extra towels so everyone needed to use the same towel during the stay. Only a few washclothes & hand towels. One room didn't have a remote for TV; contacted property manager & they dropped off a remote the next day but couldn't get it to work. Pool & spa were nice. Home was nice and spacious for everyone

The house seemed even bigger than the pictures. There was tons of space everywhere. The only complaint would be that there were no hand towels, wash cloths, or dish cloths in the house.

Florida Stay

This place was gorgeous and the perfect size in a great neighborhood, the only thing I would recommend is ask about the pool being heated as we couldn’t use it as it was way too cold.

Very Bad!!!

The house needs maintenance. The bathrooms have mold, they don't clean well. The floor has hair, the carpets are dirty. The towels are super old and dirty and they don't even put enough towels. I had to go buy towels for everyone because they were horrible and unkempt.I have to buy my own paper towel , disher and trash bags. They didn't put a garbage bag and when I called the person in charge she said she would call house keeping and never answered back. One of the beds in the room that says Queen is not Queen, it's full. The bunk beds are super small. In short, I would not rent this property again.

We unfortunately had numerous issues. Paid extra to have the pool and hot tub heated and weren't able to get in pool until the third day and even then it really wasn't "hot" and the hot tub, we called the "warm tub". It was never really a hot tub. Random cold water would stream out of the jets. When we were finally able to use pool, not 10 minutes into being in the pool, a gentleman showed up at the screen door of the pool and said it was time to clean the pool. We told him it was the first day we were able to swim and had just gotten in but he insisted we get out so he could clean the pool. This was very disappointing to have a random man show up unannounced and want to clean the pool while we were using it and all our family was out on the patio. *We found 2 cockroaches in the house. Extremely disappointing and disgusting, and those were the ones we just found, I'm guessing there were more.*Gas grill ran out of gas during the first meal we cooked.*Not enough bath towels or pool towels for the advertised 16 people that the house could hold. *Zero washcloths.*Multiple problems with the wifi.*One of the showers was scalding hot only, and could not be used.Extremely slow communication beginning way back in the fall. At one point in the fall it was four weeks before i heard back from multiple emails and phone calls.One positive was the grocery shopping/delivery service.

I am from out of state and maybe I’m used to a little bit more from a Vrbo than this? We had to buy our own toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, laundry soap, cookie sheet, cooking utensils and more. Kind of annoying. Also I found so many unclean areas in the home. Chicken nuggets from past renters in corners, hair in drains and stains on countertops. Only 1 bed out of all the rooms was comfortable in the opinion of 4 adults with us. Maybe it’s okay for kiddos though. Pool furniture needs replaced as it was uncomfortable. Also the pool wasn’t clean or on when we checked in. They came and cleaned it after we checked in, thankfully. But it was grimy and chemical smelly for about 40 hours afterward. I also emailed and called Florida Leisure Rentals several times with questions and never heard back but only once. In the listing it says there is a gym but there isn’t one on property. There is a clubhouse you can utilize. Which we didn’t know about until 1 day before leaving. There was also a home nearby that had parties almost nightly until 3-4am. I should have read the details before and therefore maybe I wouldn’t have been disappointed. So hopefully this review helps other people’s expectations going in and they enjoy their time more! Location was great, felt safe and secure. But I wouldn’t recommend this home to my personal friends or family. I’d suggest to splurge a little more money to be more comfortable.

Poor management and misrepresentation on listing

The worst VRBO experience we have encountered, which is significant as we stay monthly at VRBOs for athletic events. It was not until we received information for checkin a day before our stay that it was disclosed the property was located in an HOA and boat/trailers were not allowed (problematic since we were traveling with bass boats for a tournament). I immediately emailed and left a voicemail at the number they provided to ask specifically about the boat situation. She did not respond back until 12:00 am the morning of our trip. The email response did not answer my question, nor did she ever attempt to call me back. When she finally answered the phone after I called repeatedly during the day she was unapologetic and said there was nothing that could be done. She would not provide me with the managers number. She did offer a solution. I could spend additional money to have my boat stored off site. When I asked her what I was like she said “I don’t know. I just googled it.” Our boats contain thousands of dollars of valuable equipment. I simply wanted a refund to find a home that could accommodate our needs and they would not provide one. We paid the extra $250 to store off site since they would not refund any of our stay. The house had dead roaches in the bedrooms, soiled carpets, and mold growing in a bathroom shower. Their customer service for retrieving a fishing pole and reading classes left behind was also subpar.

Very roomy!

We had ten people of all ages. There were enough rooms to keep everyone happy. My kids loved the pool, we had to wait a day before the paid heat turned on for us to use the pool and hot tub. It was great once it was turned on. I called and it was on the next day. The water level kept dropping, we had to keep the hose in the whole time. The door keypad is a little tricky to work and you have to hold the door a certain way to make it lock. Once we figured it out it was fine. It was nice to have a place where we could all be together rather than a hotel. We saved a lot of money eating breakfast at the house. All in all it was a great stay, thank you very for allowing us to stay! We would come again.

Bring Your Own Necessities

Large families that stay need to supply their own toilet tissue, paper towels, trash bags, coffee filters, dish pods, laundry detergent etc. A trip to a grocery should be factored into your trip. Pool temperature/Jacuzzi is luke warm if swimming is important.

Beautiful House, Excellent Host

The house was beautiful but the host David was awesome! He was always prompt to answer a question or concern. The house itself met our family's needs (had a bit of a hiccup in the beginning but David addressed it satisfactorily). The pool heat was nice and warm, the house was in a quiet section of the subdivision, and the hot water heater gave enough hot water for all of us to have hot showers! The only critique I have is that the cleaning staff could do a better job. We didn't use the bunk room but did look in there and someone had left socks and there was a hair scrunchie outside by the pool, just to name a couple examples. Our family isn't too hard to please, so we just tidied up what needed wiping down ourselves. The linens were clean and fresh and there were plenty of towels for everyone. We would definitely stay again and hope to do so later on!

Nice spacious home

This was a beautiful home for our family to stay on our trip to Florida. Plenty of space to spread out and also good areas to gather. We loved hanging out by the jacuzzi and pool. We also had lots of fun in the game room and playing pool. Good location, quiet neighborhood and friendly staff.

Great place to stay. The 10 of us enjoyed the house and especially the pool! The house manager went above and beyond in her job! She was there to answer any questions or concerns we had. Can’t wait to come back next year!!!
