**Luxury Private Executive Villa With South Facing Pool**

Our immaculate executive home has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The private pool/spa area faces south-west to get the most of the sun. It also has a shaded/covered lanai.
Two of the Master bedrooms have king size beds with the other being a Queen. The Main Master has a door leading to the pool area. All Master Bedrooms have their own bathroom. The other two bedrooms come equipped with 2 twin size beds in each and share a bathroom.
Our home was recently painted inside and out with new tile in living areas & carpets in the bedrooms. It also has brand new furnishings including leather couches and chair in family area. There is a washer/dryer for your use. We have a park-style BBQ for your use as well.
We offer FREE WiFi and calling to anywhere in the United States or Canada. We have a games room with a Pool Table and Air Hockey Table in it.
You can pick your own oranges from around the subdivision to make freshly squeezed orange juice each morning!
We are located in Orange Tree Subdivision which is a quiet well maintained area. It is only a short 20 minute drive to Disney World's parking lot. We are 35 minutes from Universal Studios and 45 minutes from Lego land. If you are a shopper, we are 30 minutes away from Orlando's Factory Outlet Stores.
There are so many restaurants and shopping places within a short drive from our villa.

This is definitely the villa that will make your holiday a memorable one!

This is a very nice house that was clean, decorated tastefully, and had all the amenities needed - dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave etc. I would definitely recommend this house!!

We had a great vacation at this villa. Lots of room for all the family and kids. We really enjoyed relaxing in the heated pool and hot tub at the end of a long day of sight seeing. Picking fresh oranges in the back yard was also a highlight of our stay. We are all excited to come again next year. :)

This is a wonderful villa! The house was incredibly clean when we arrived and the kitchen was stocked with all that was needed for a 10-day vacation. The pool area is fantastic! The pictures don't do it justice. It's a large area with a very clean pool. The pool area gets sun all day too. I would highly recommend this villa. I know we'll be back!

We had a great time in Orange Tree. It was our fourth stay in Clermont and we loved the Villa. The south facing pool is amazing, the villa is well equipped with luxury furniture and there is no rear neighbors. The owners were very nice to deal with as well as the management company. My family and I stayed in this beautiful villa and enjoyed every moment. We very much enjoyed the wonderful south facing pool and spa for nice restful evenings with a Frozen Piña Colada or Mojito :o). Very well appointed villa, stacked full of useful amenities (we used the citrus juicer having visited the local citrus farm to pick Valencia oranges, the ice crusher to make the aforementioned Piña coladas and Mojitos), and well maintained. Communication was a breeze with the owners and the management agents and everything was well looked after. Thank you again for a wonderful stay :o)

Words and pictures can not describe how amazing this property was for my family and I. My sister and each of our kids went for spring break in which there was so much space, great amenities, pool, our own cooking/food, an amazing and safe neighborhood along with a fairly easy drive into all things Disney related. This was my first VRBO experience of which Erica and this property have a very happy repeat customer. They were incredibly prompt, courteous and professional!

This is a great house with a pool, hot tub and converted garage to game room. Great location for people with small kids. The area surrounding the pool is VERY safe and secure. There are additional safeguards that we really appreciated. It took us about 50 minutes to get to Universal. Publix is a 5 minute drive at most. Lots of quick Door Dash options. 50 minutes from the airport.

I had some business in the Orlando area so my Wife, and our Daughter came along for a well needed vacation to grab some time in the warmer weather. our daughter turned 15 on our first full day there. it was a nice gift for her to get away. the house was wonderful as was the pool and hot tub. the nieghborhood is quiet and friendly made for relaxing evenings. The communication was great with Erica and she was a pleasure to deal with. Sad to say we had to cut our trip short a couple of days for an emergency back home. We wanted to give Erica a heads up with no expectations, But she took care of us. (thanks so much) we have already been talking about booking for next year!! what a great place for family looking for some quiet time. Thanks Again Joe, Heidi, and Sydney

This was a great place for our family while we went to Disney World. The house is very large allowing for each family member to have their space and privacy. We enjoyed the pool after long days at Disney. Our kids really enjoyed the game room. The communication and check-in process was quick and easy. I would highly recommend this home!

Just beautiful! The house is just as pictured or even better. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant and it’s close to anything you may want. We had an incredible stay and made use of the pool every single day. The owner, Erica was an absolutely wonderful host and very responsive. We had a delightful vacation and HIGHLY recommend this place - in fact, we can’t wait to come back.

Prompt response from owner of questions before committing , property manager helpful in one conversation also . Location fine for our plans , community relatively quiet and welcoming for walks . House itself was clean and comfortable . We had all the utensels needed to accomodate . If anything that I may suggest would be to pressure wash the flooring in the pool area and patio , It would sparkle after . Overall a fine stay and yes ,we would return

Very nice house, clean and neat. Has every thing needed for a great stay. Every one loved the pool and outdoor areas very secluded with orange groves behind us. We loved all the little extras. Very clean and sanitary. Beautiful neighborhood and nice neighbors felt very safe. Would highly recommend this home and would love to come back.

Great neighborhood with nice tennis courts practically in the backyard! Quiet subdivision and feels safe to take walks around the neighborhood (I love the early morning strolls especially!). 6 foot deep and south facing pool (which is hard to find). My parents used to own this place so we were so excited to find that it was still available to rent! We had trouble getting the remotes/TV working and there were a lack of towels, but the manager brought more towels and provided everything we needed. Great service and very accommodating! A little expensive but worth it. We had a wonderful time being back at our old place :)

My family enjoyed your beautiful home for our Christmas holiday! Eight of us in total with ages ranging from 5-70 and we all enjoyed ourselves! It was so very peaceful and everyone was pleased! The beds/furniture were comfortable, the heated pool and hot tub were the best (as everyone enjoyed them!), and we loved that we were able to utilize the park style bbq grill in the backyard, which we grilled out on Christmas Eve! Oh and not to mention the game room (I also played the piano some and taught my 7 year old nephew a simple song!) It was awesome! Thank you all so very much for sharing your home with us for 7 lovely days and we will definitely be visiting again! -Ebony & family
