Located in Calabay Parc , Large 4 bed home with 3 full bathrooms, Sleeps 8 guests , Covered Lanai area to sit by pool night or day, rain or shine.
Pool and Spa, Full game room in garage.
Dining room, separate breakfast area, Open floor plan for living room, Master bedroom has king bed, Second room has queen bed with full bathroom.
Third room has queen bed , Fourth room with two twin beds that share bathroom.
washer and dryer, upgraded tvs, handicap wheelchair ramps, and master bathroom has been converted to be handicap wheelchair friendly , ramps to pool area.
Fully stocked with linens, dishes, towels.
Can be to Walt Disney World in about 22 minutes.
Cocoa Beach is only about a hour drive.
Pool and Spa heat can be purchased for $30 per day extra.. AC units can not be set below 72 degrees in summer time.

Perfect place

Incredible home it was perfect for my disabled daughter the home was handicapped equipped. Beautiful and clean fun game room and the pool you could stay in all day!! Very close to Disney SeaWorld too.

Had a wonderful vacation, close to all attractions. Grandkids loved the pool. Home was wonderful. Manager came out when notified of something needed fixed same day. All stores were very close by (starbucks, McDonald’s, grocery etc.) Hope to rent this home again.

High time in Florida

We enjoyed our stay with you. Plenty of room and the pool was a hit. However you could put up some rails around the pool. Two of us had a hard time getting in and out. Thanks to some of the family to help us. All in all will tell all what a get stay. Thank you!!

Breathtaking Vacation Home

This rental home was breathtaking 😍. We fell in love with this house. We wished we could've stayed a little longer. I suggest the future guest to read the notebook on the coffee table. Also to bring household and cleaning products. I was gonna purchase our attraction tickets before arriving in Florida. Good thing I waited, you can purchase discount attraction tickets through Kissimmee Guest Services. Hopefully, this property is available next year if we decide to visit Florida!

Clean and Large 4 bedroom Home

We enjoyed our stay at this home. It was large and accommodated our group of 6 very easily. The house was perfectly clean and had lots of towels. The pool was great and so was the game room. We also liked the 2 bikes in the garage. We would stay here again. The positives certainly outweigh the negatives but here were the small complaints: It was a little far away from Disney World (about a 30 minute drive) but we obviously knew that when we rented. Neighbors were really loud late into the night (past midnight) both Thursday and Friday night. Their pool is right next to the master bedroom so it was very loud. The home was also a little sparsely stocked (half roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, no soap or shampoo, no cleaning supplies, etc.) but it had all the other necessities. I was surprised that the TVs were so small and old and that the house had no cable or dish to watch live tv. Basically bring your own Netflix login or else you won’t be able to use the TVs. I also would have preferred better pillows but now I’m just nit picking. I gave this home 5 stars and would stay here again. My comments are more just to give others that stay here some advice when they come. Thanks for letting us use the home.

Poor communication

Upon returning to the home, air conditioning was non-functioning. The numbers in the manual. All disconnected! Finally tracked down owner who told us to call Manager and gave us a number. I called her and she said she would have a repairman out there within an hour. After almost 2 hours and no communication, I called her again and Manager stated, neither repair man was returning pages. But she did not bother to tell us that! Called her again the next day at noon after no communication, she stated repair band had been there at 8 AM. We were at the house and no repairman ever had shown up ! She promised two portable air conditioners, which never came. We ended up leaving because of the heat. When we got to the house, it was cool. We have rented this house several times before, I don’t know if it is new management or what, but the condition of the house has deteriorated. Loose carpet causing tripping risks., sheets on beds are stained and extremely thin. House smelled like rotten fish. We ran water down all drains and smell got better.

Nice Villa

This was a nice clean and tidy villa which has had the pool area extended which wasn't reflected with the images held on the website. This is far from a negative but perhaps would help the agent get more bookings if they updated the ad images.Nice quiet area with facilities nearby however you need to be aware that at busy times of the day it can take anything from 40 mins to an hour to reach the Disney parks and over an hour to get to Universal. The I4 gets clogged and the alternative routes also get clogged due to this. If you don't mind the traffic or just not interested in the parks then I fully recommend this villa. Good and prompt communication with the villa agents when required.
