guests in comfort and style. This spacious getaway offers the perfect balance of relaxation and
entertainment, featuring a screened-in private pool surrounded by outdoor seating, ideal for
soaking up the Florida sunshine or enjoying peaceful evenings under the stars.

Inside, the open-concept living area connects effortlessly to a fully equipped kitchen, complete
with modern appliances, a breakfast bar with seating for four, and both a formal dining table for
eight and a cozy breakfast nook for four, perfect for everything from casual morning coffee to
family dinners.

For entertainment, guests can delight in the custom-designed kids’ bedroom, ensuring fun for all ages.
Whether you’re planning a family reunion, group getaway, or just a relaxing escape, Cape Retreat provides
the ideal home base for creating unforgettable memories.

● POOL HEAT:
Heating is available for $35 per day (plus tax) with a 3-day minimum and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. Please note the attached spa is not a hot tub— Some of spa may not have jets, and it heats to the same temperature as the pool, not exceeding 90°F. The heating system uses heat exchange, which does not operate in temperatures below 50°F. No refunds will be provided if the pool does not reach the desired temperature in cold weather.



● GRILL:
Please note. Some of our homes may be pictured with a gas BBQ grill or outdoor built in grill. If guests wish to use the grills, it is the guest's responsibility to clean the grill and replenish the propane tank if needed. A $50 charge will be applied if grills are left unclean. Exchange refill propane tanks can be purchased at numerous local locations. If the grill is locked up, then it is not to be used by guests as it is the homeowner's personal grill. If you would like to have a grill for your vacation, we can arrange a rental grill for your stay.
