Painting peeling in kitchen…that’s an easy fix. Why not paint??Not enough utensils or drinking glasses considering how many people the property sleeps. Ice maker was malfunctioning.Overall, the house is nice. Couldn’t find the thermostat (we were freezing). Guess it’s not a bad thing!Would recommend.

Windsor Hills Resort Villa

The neighborhood is gated and well maintained. Basketball /Tennis/Parks/ and Water slides. We had a great stay at this Villa. Easy Check In. We will try stay an extra day to enjoy the amenities when we return next Summer.

Needs some maintenance

The dishwasher ran but did not clean. The dishes that were in the cabinets had to be hand wash before we could use them we tried the dishwasher but would get everything wet but not cleaned.The pool must have a leak we had to put water in it with a hose from outside and it was so low that the pool could not heat up and it was cold. It was hot the first 2 days we were there but we went to disney and the 2 days that we were going to use a pools we could not use it. We did use the resort pools that were great. I also notified them that the mattress on the master bedroom had a spring hanging out the side of the bed and my daughter cut her leg. The house really needs a good deep cleaning. The kids feet were black from running around without shoes. There was also a critter in the ceiling upstairs and it was huge making a noise at night. It sounded bigger than a mouse. It scared the kids. I did notify the property manager on all problems.and received a text back that thank you for letting us know and that "thats great to know".We usually let some thing go but this was a lot to address. Didnt feel like we should be charged the pool heat since we were not able to use it. The resort its self is great and the kids had fun at the play areas

Misrepresented Property

I’m posting this review because my concerns have yet to be addressed by the property management company despite multiple attempts to resolve my issues during my week stay. Pros: nice set up of bedrooms, very fun community, great water park, location is excellent. Cons: we weren’t able to check in at 4 because maintenance was still working on the AC, despite their work the upstairs A/C either didn’t work at all or didn’t work properly, dishwasher was broken so we had to either hand wash everything or buy paper products, kitchen wasn’t fully stocked so we weren’t able to use the oven (no bakeware or cooking sheets) - had to buy different food, no audible alarm on exterior door to pool area. I spent hours on the phone or texting the property management over the course of my vacation which significantly affected the quality of my stay. I shouldn’t have to do that on my vacation. I’m quite disappointed to say the least.

Terrible!!!

The house had some many parts broker and was very dirty. I communicated with around 12 pictures with the owners and manager about my concerns. We agreed to at lease send a cleaning team the second day, but that never happened. Very bad experience!!!

House and neighborhood were very nice. The hot tub kept draining water and the property host was hard to get ahold, resulting in not being able to use the hot tub our entire stay. 😩

The overall stay went well. The vents in the home need cleaned as they were very dusty... there were some housekeeping things that could have had better attention. good amount of space for 8 people. Neighborhood was nice and pool options were great!

Perfect spot for party of 11.

Well stocked with tableware and plenty of bath and POOL towels. Comfy beds and pillows. Everything as advertised. Loved it. So much cheaper than staying on Disney property and easy to get to parks.

Spacious, plenty of beds and fresh

We paid for the pool heat and it was a great temperature. We could use it at night with the heat and the way its blocked off was Fantastic with little kids. We could still be outside and block them from the pool. The big beds had nice mattresses on them so very comfortable sleeping. Bathrooms were simple and spacious. A block walk from a nice clean playground and a few blocks from the community center. Neighborhood is very clean and feels safe. Walmart is right down the road.

It was a really nice house with plenty of room for our family 12. The kids really enjoyed house pool as well as resort pool. The beds were very firm if you like that. Every thing was clean plenty of towels and washcloths. I really wish that they would have included some trash bags and hand soap. We had to go to the nearby Wal Mart which was CRAZY! We got our security deposit back extremely quick! Will definitely stay there again!
