This home located on the luxury Solterra Resort offering generous accommodation of 6 Bedrooms and 5.5 Bathrooms, sleeping 13 guests. Located only 15 minutes from Walt Disney World®  and 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport the villa is equally close to all major Orlando attractions, dining experiences and shopping opportunities.  The Solterra Resort itself offers a variety of amenities including a spa, a large resort-style swimming pool with zero entry slope, waterslide and a lazy river. In addition, guests can enjoy volleyball courts, tennis courts, and a soccer field. The beautiful resort clubhouse offers a comprehensively equipped fitness center, business center, and poolside café. There is also a designated children’s playground and picnic area where families can enjoy time as a group.

This is a stunning contemporary property, spacious and beautifully furnished in a modern and simple style throughout. Luxury amenities abound in this well equipped vacation home which has all the expected items you would need for a 'home from home' experience. There are two seating areas on the first floor in addition to a dining area and fully equipped kitchen.  Also on the first floor is a master king bedroom with ensuite facilities including a shower and garden tub. Also there are laundry facilities and half bath on this level. On the second floor you will find a further five bedrooms, three king rooms all ensuite and two twin bedded rooms with shared bath.  A small flex area is also available.

Outside you will find a private pool area with conservation and water view beyond. There is a BBQ grill and outside dining table and lounge seating under a large lanai, perfect for alfresco dining and relaxing after a hard day in the parks and also sunbeds for relaxing on. Parking on site limited to five cars as per HOA guidelines.

The Resort HOA charges a "Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee" of $35 per group stay for access to the onsite clubhouse amenities. This is effective September 1st 2023, and is payable separately on arrival at the Clubhouse reception desk..

Names and info NOT loaded into Resort system, so check in was longer than it should have been.Heat in house was not balanced - downstairs rooms hot and upstairs room cold like 60 deg F.Pool heater broken, so lost a day of use, till repaired.Only bare essentials - no hand towels, no tissues, one partial roll of TP in each bathroom.Fire pit had empty fuel tank, grill had no tank.Place was clean and decent, staff was responsive in normal business hours. Won't rent again.

Excellent property that was clean, well maintained, modern and in an excellent location with a great outside pool area. The contact with the management was excellent and we’re willing to help with any request we had. The onsite Gym facilities that were available were also great to use for a minimal fee.

We all loved the house. It was well-stocked with cooking utensils, towels, etc. My only concern is that the master bedroom, for whatever reason, was warmer than the rest of the house. Also, there was a lot of dirt, food, etc under some of the beds and couches. Housekeeping is only superficially cleaning areas that are visible. They should vacuum under beds, move furniture, etcThis is in line with the dishwasher. While it did work well, it smelled. I took the time to clean it out.The Lanai area is GREAT, spacious, decked out, beautiful, and comfortable. We spent many evenings after the day's activities chilling out there. I'd rent this again!Otherwise, we all enjoyed this home and had a great memory-making time with family.

Beautiful Home

The house is beautifula and was perfect for our stay. The community where it was located was alot to deal with. Security at the gate was extremly rude, traffic backs up and we saw numerous near miss accidents. The driveway is big enough for 2 cars, and the home is 6 bedrooms. If you have family coming to visit like we did, parking is a bit of a nightmare. there are extra parking spots in front of the house which were all taken by neighbors. We couldnt park at the clubhouse becuase the parking lot was contantly full and the clubhouse pool was packed and they stopped letting people in. The week before Easter was very busy and traffic both into and out of the community constantly back-up for hours. The home overall is excellent, the owners furnished it well and the property management service was also kind and friendly.

Can’t Recommend Highly Enough

Just wrapped up our trip for spring break with our children and we cannot recommend this home enough. It was jam packed with amenities that so many other properties have neglected in the past. There was never once a time that we wished we had something (blender, coffee maker, scissors, high chair, pack n play, secured fence around the pool a door alarm for the pool deck, lounger chairs, grill, extra bedding, I could go on forever.) As a bonus the beds were also extremely comfortable. We could not get over how large the bedrooms were and most of them with their own en suite bathroom. Also, the property owner was extremely responsive and very kind, as we had many questions and reservation modifications along the way. As a side note- we opted to add the pool heat and were very glad we did. The only request I would have- and it’s very minor- would be to add a door alarm (much like the one on the slider) to the front door as well, as we have toddlers that found it easy to unlock and open the front door and let themselves outside without warning. Being that there is a small retention pond right in the back yard, it would have made us feel slightly more comfortableWe made our way to the resort community pool that was very fun- they hosted events for the kids like Zumba, hula hoop contest, etc. Had a DJ playing live music as well as a fun restaurant where you could walk up order food and drinks right off the pool. We have 0 complaints and will 100% be back in the near future.

Perfect House and Resort Amenities

Great experience from booking to the end of stay. Communication with owner and property management was exceptional. Beautiful house and pool. Pictures seen on the website match the property perfectly. The resort pool and amenities are amazing. The only thing that we noticed was that there were a few dirty dishes in the cupboards from the previous guests not completing checkout or instructions properly. Just a few more things to note that is not the fault of owners or property management but for more of an FYI for first time visitors in the area…often the line to get into the resort is very long especially on check in/check out days. It gets very frustrating trying to turn into or out of the resort area. Be patient and please do not block the roads of oncoming traffic. Also, while the parks are close in mileage the time to get to and from the parks can take over an hour because of area traffic. Give yourself plenty of time to get to area attractions.

Amazing Stay-Highly Recommended!

The house is very accurate from what was shown online. Spacious and very comfortable. Good security in and out of the community, making us all feel very safe and secure. The amenities that come with the stay are great, giving you access to the gym, resort style pools and a great cafe. Only 35 before taxes for the duration of the stay up to a group of 12. It was only 5 of us plus a toddler so felt the starter kit available such as paper towels, dish washing soap, toilet paper ect was just enough but highly recommend packing extras if you stay longer then 4 nights or arrive with a bigger party. The location is convenient and close to anything you might need. Temperature is controlled primarily by the management company and are easily accessible to accommodate a game plan on HVAC services during your stay. Will definitely stay again!

Solterra Magic.

Good location. Heated pool very much enjoyed. Although we did not have time to enjoy the on-site amenities, they looked great. Beds were very comfortable. Only suggestion, could use more than one washcloth per bathroom. (Although we always bring our own towels & clothes anyway.) If we visit this area again, we certainly will try to rent this home again.

Large, Clean

The house was beautiful and immaculate. We had a slight shower issue that was fixed immediately. Pool area was beautiful with a fire pit and grill. You will need to bring toilet paper, paper towels, laundry and dishwasher soap if you are staying longer and have a lot of people. One roll per bathroom for your stay and 2 dishwashwe tabs. It’s a wonderful place and would stay again!

Items in the house

I stayed in many places through VRBO and most of the house had small items you need, such as sugar, salt, cooking oil, or coffee filter etc. This house has none. Also size 4qt pot was the biggest one and the coating of the pot inside was in terrible condition. They provided only one dish washing tablet, one very very small size soap, only one trash bag, and extremely low quality of toilet paper. House was nice, clean and good to sleep for 8 people but kitchen was not equipped for 8 people.

Great home with lots of king beds and bathrooms.

Stay for family for long weekend to take on Universal Studios and other stuff. Enjoyed the stay. Don’t use the home much other than sleep. Seems like a great home to spend some time in if you desired. Could really use a game room in the grave. Nothing much else to do at the house other than the pool and January is not pool season really.
