BIG house that worked for our crew but NOT clean
This house was rented for a crew of 10 people.
Check in process: miscommunication to provide code to others, therefore our crew couldn't check in and had to find a hotel to stay for the first night. We were not reimbursed for that.
The house is big and worked, but the downside was house keeping, they witnessed
1. un-washed bedding. After one week of the trip the housekeepers did a terrible job and just left towels and bedding in the dryer/washing machine. Didn't stock toilet paper in the bathroom. Washed towels only with bleach and didn't add detergent so towels smelled horrible. While someone from our group requested to speak to their manager, they just left
2. 2nd +3rd cleaning saw no soap for laundry used nor floor cleaner, housekeeper used a towel on the broom for cleaning.
3. 4th cleaning carpets vacuumed but no soap used for laundry, please note the pictures of dirty towels.
4 people suffered severe allergies, and they think its because of dirty house filters.
We have pictures to back everything up.
If the house keeping would have done a good job, this would have been a different experience. We paid a lot of money for the extra cleanings for a horrible job. this is NOT acceptable!
