I definitely feel as though this location needs ALOT of work before attempting to rent out to anyone else as it is outdated and has several unnecessary inconveniences, I should preface this review by saying our original home that we stay in every vacation was booked prior to us deciding on a date which left us scrambling to find a place for our end of summer trip. Upon looking at the pictures of this home we expected it to be comparable but sadly came to find it not to be the case, the house location is far back within four other neighborhoods. Cars parked along side both sides of the road blocking your way in and out making it an absolute nightmare to come or go anywhere, pool was as described but also has flaws as there’s cracks and black mold looking places around you’re surrounded by neighbors on all sides with no privacy. Neighbors smoked pot the whole time making it extremely difficult to breathe outside while they were home. A lot of the furniture and appliances were broken and in need of repair. The shower heads all need replaced. The current ones are causing you to have to bend down to use them and then when switching to the handheld it’s pointed towards the wall so you have to hold it to use it. The main bathroom toilet made a loud screeching noise every time you flushed and the handle would stick causing it to run constantly. The microwave squeals when in use. and we had palmetto bugs enter the home from the broken door seals of the exterior door and that’s not all
