To summarize the material problems and safety concerns:Repeated door lock failures left us struggling to enter the property.The AC failed on Friday night; we had to purchase fans out-of-pocket to make the home usable.The stove/oven never worked, forcing us to change planned meals.The refrigerator was left unplugged for roughly 24 hours, causing spoilage of meat, fruit, and other items and additional expense.The home was not properly cleaned on arrival—especially the kitchen—which we had to clean and mop before entering.Critically, the gas grill delivered to the property had a tank seeping gas vapor. This presented a serious safety hazard that could have led to injury or worse. Fortunately, someone present recognized the issue and secured the cap. This is unacceptable.
