The house inside was good except for the games room, where almost nothing was working, and the pool side was very dirty, both the walls were full of cobwebs and the floor, the sun loungers were moldy, we found the barbecue all dirty and smelling, disappointment, the pool side, the weeds on the bricks

Great for a big family with kids

We had 6 adults and 5 kids (7-13yo). The gate code is a challenge, the readers are a bit temperamental, read instructions carefully. The starter pack of necessities was a great benefit (see photo). Very clean home. Lots of beds to choose from and ample dining space. Appliances are a bit loud (dishwasher and washer and dryer). Do laundry prior to putting kids down in the Star Wars room. Room decor for kids is super cool, they absolutely loved the game room. Arcade games are very loud so we covered the speakers with towels. One game would not work and the management company sent someone immediately to fix it. Very responsive to all of our communication. The pool is a bit small for 11 people, but the community pools more than make up for it. Concessions were better priced than you might expect. Kitchen is adequately stocked but can opener was broken and definitely could use more dish towels. The neighborhood is great and we definitely would recommend the house and neighborhood.

Vacation in a Home!

This is now one of our favorite vacation homes. All four children keep begging me to go back—even my 3 year old! They were blown away from the moment I opened the door. On the first day, they weren’t even interested in visiting the theme parks. They just wanted to play in the game room and swim in the pool. We also loved the theater room. The home was so beautiful and spacious. I really enjoyed the privacy right on the lake. This was easily one of our top vacations. It was more peaceful and relaxing for the adults, because there was enough entertainment in the house for everybody. We had everything we needed—even an air fryer! The clubhouses were also a nice touch. We will definitely be back!

Great location for Extended Family Stay

We had a great time staying at this property. We did have an issue with the heat for the pool/spa, it was resolved but took a little more time than we wanted. Great house for a larger group and gave us all our own space.

Wonderful experience

We had a wonderful time at this property. It was clean, the pool was warm and the hot tub was hot. The view is breathtaking. We had our 6 and 8 year old sons and both sets of parents. We all loved our stay. The boys were in awe of their games room and the Star Wars bedroom! Our hosts were responsive and extremely accommodating. Highly recommend.

Luxurious

We were celebrating our mother’s 90th birthday! The house was so beautifully accommodating for our family! The furnishings and decor were luxurious. The bedrooms were perfect. It’s unusual to find 5 king bedrooms, 2 of which were private, and 3 with Jack and Jill baths. The children’s bedrooms were spectacular! Pool/hot tub/ lanai area was so relaxing with partial woods and full lake view. Outdoor seating was very nice. We will have very special memories of this day and would be thrilled to visit this home in the future! A special thanks to Lilia who was so kind and gracious in all our communications to accommodate the needs of our family!

Great place, great location,. accomodates lots of people

Property accomodates lots of people. Very clean and well maintained. Lots of extras features on the property (game room, theater). Add ons were ready to go day 1.

All star worlds cheerleading.

Tried staying in a house instead of always staying at a Disney property. We loved the property and the community, it had something for everyone. Very clean and neat. Manager very responsive and easy to communicate with. Only concern is the neighbors on either side are very close, you lose somw privacy, they also were pretty loud throughout the night. Neighbors acroos the street were playing loud music at night and even early in the morning. Not much of an enforcement of the codes mentioned on the contract. We would stay again even with some of the concerns.

It doesn't need to be any better than this!

Fantastic Family vacay close to WDW and anything else you might need on your vrbo getaway. David was quick to respond to any of our concerns. This home was super clean and plenty spacious enough for our group. The kids were WoW-ed by the game room, themed bedrooms and pool. The house was pretty well stocked with items you might need. It was a trip to remember!!

Really nice

Had a lovely time with my family and two other families. 6 adults, 6 kids. The kids were in the pool the entire time. Perfect place to sit back and relax. Place was clean and and in good condition. Easy check in and out. Host was very responsive to a couple small items. Wish there was another hangout place for the kids inside but that's a small concern. We did day trips (not Disney, but the parks are super close). The community resort was great. Lazy river and the water slides were the highlights. We had a very memorable vacation. Family trip to Disney

This house was perfect! We had a wide age range in our group and everyone loved it. The house was spacious and clean. It had everything we needed to settle right in after a 15 hour drive from PA. We got there around 9pm and check in was a breeze. Game room was awesome. Kids used the pool and hot tub everyday. We were lucky enough to see an alligator swim up behind the house and a Space X launch from the hot tub! Parks were a easy 10/20 minute drive depending on which park. Other reviews mentioned waiting to get back into neighborhood when returning from parks, we only ever waited a few minutes and we were there one of the busiest weeks of the year! We will definitely be back!

Family Reunion 2023 Stay

Perfect rooms for all family members! Easy to get to, great communication. Pool was great! Furniture was a little weird, but fit our needs. Would definitely recommend this home for any guests!

Not what I expected

Several issues throughout our vacation which ruined our trip and we will not longer be using this service again. Pool did not function properly, theater room did not function at all after multiple attempts and replacement and careless action resulted in an awful experience. Community is nice however. Also there were several bugs in bed after 3 hours of checking in is not inspiring confidence in this service.

Great place for our family with kids

Very nice place and fairly close to all attractions. We had our adult kids and 5 grandkids and this home was great and spacious and comfortable for all.

Summer 2023

The house was great for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and the kids loved the themed rooms. The pool heat wasn’t working and they worked quickly to get a team out to have it fixed. We were very happy with our stay and would return again if coming back to the Orlando area.

Amazing Home & Customer Service!

The staff at Diamond were very responsive to my questions before check-in. On the day of check-in, they were very accommodating and the house was perfect... especially the game and theater rooms. The whole house was spotless and check-in was a breeze. Their attention to the needs of family of all ages was wonderful, such as having plastic plates, bowls and cups for the little ones, and having cookware large enough to accommodate large families. Small details that were very much appreciated. The only drawback about the house was that the only en suite bathroom upstairs was in the kid's princess room and not in the adult's bedroom, which left the adults having to share bathrooms with the other kids. Otherwise, the house was perfect and very roomy for 13 of us. We will definitely stay again!
