Located on the 4th floor, with elevator access, of building number 3, this 1,408 sq. ft 3 bed/2 bath condo is recently upgraded to the highest standards. Your family can vacation in luxury with granite counters and hardwood floors.

Unwind in the spacious open plan family room, or sit and soak up the sun from your screened balcony. The living room features a large wall mounted TV perfect for family nights in. Preparing meals and snacks on the go is easy to do with the fully stocked kitchen. Essential cookware and tableware are provided, and an arched opening frames the kitchen. A washer and dryer are added for your convenience.

The striking master bedroom suite has a king-sized bed to ensure a sound night???s sleep with the second charming bedroom offering a queen bed. Both of those rooms are furnished with a large wall mounted TV. The best has been saved for last with the themed kid's room. Great attention to detail is apparent in our "Florida Living" condo, making it a beautiful family vacation retreat.

Needs some updating

For the price, this property definitely needs some updates and fixings. Couldn’t sit on the balcony as there were large holes in the screen letting bugs in. A lot of the items in the condo were broken. Furniture pieces clearly need replacing. You can tell everything to maintain the rental is done the cheapest way possible. It was fine for what is was, mainly only a place to sleep but I don’t think I will stay here again.
