Our 1 bed 1 bath guest home with an additional sleeper sofa is a great spot for family vacations to Central Florida. Beaches, Disney, the Amway Center, Dr. Phillips Center, UCF and so much more. Our home is a quiet place to rest your head at night or enjoy a relaxing beverage on your private patio after a long day enjoying Orlando.

The living area features an open kitchen concept that seamlessly connects to the dining room area and the living room. The kitchen includes a fridge, stovetop, toaster, and microwave, and is equipped with pots, pans, and all the essentials needed to cook meals. The dining room offers a comfortable space to enjoy your meals. The living room is furnished with a smart TV and a pull-out couch, offering additional sleeping space for guests.
Bathroom
The property includes a fully tiled, updated full bathroom in the hallway leading to the bedroom. The bathroom features a large stand-up shower.
Backyard
Enjoy a gorgeous, private backyard surrounded by trees and fencing, ensuring no backdoor neighbors and complete privacy. The backyard includes a grill, fire pit, and comfortable patio furniture.

The driveway includes one off-street parking space for you and your guests.
Check-In
To allow flexible check-in, guests will be provided with a 4-digit combination code for the side door along the right side of the home on the day of arrival.

The neighborhood is quiet, peaceful, and conveniently located close to Downtown Orlando, UCF, major theme parks, and beaches.
Guests
Overnight occupancy is limited to the number of guests on your reservation, with a maximum of 5 guests at a time. You may have 2 visitors who are not part of the reservation.
