Storey Lake is a gated community and all guests must be pre-registered before arrival.
After your booking is confirmed, we will request:
Full name of the primary guest
Full names of all adult guests
Full names of all drivers and (if possible) vehicle plate numbers
Once registered, we will send a vehicle access barcode.
Each driver must present the barcode (phone or printed) to the security guard.
Entry may be delayed or denied for anyone not registered in advance.
For guest safety and privacy, access to the property is strictly limited to registered guests only.
No third parties are authorized to enter the property during a reservation unless previously coordinated with the guest.
Each reservation is assigned a unique access code.

Package deliveries:

No parties/events — $500 fine
No smoking/vaping indoors — $500 fine
No pets — $500 fine and possible cancellation without refund
Interaction with Guests:
We communicate through the platform and are available before, during, and after your stay .
Please report any cleaning or maintenance concerns within the first 4 hours after check-in so we can resolve them quickly .
