Brand new home finished in May 2023! Imagination at Reunion is a 6,451 sq. ft., newly constructed villa offering lavish golf course views and coastal custom-built designs! The home features endless space for up to 22 guests with a custom-designed ultra themed children's rooms with 10 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathrooms. The entire family will always be entertained with an extraordinary games rooms, a private home theater, and a custom pool with a spillover spa.

As soon as you step inside Imagination at Reunion you'll be welcomed by sophisticated and coastal furnishings and decor. Gather with the whole family in one of the comfortable sofa accommodations. The chefs of the family will be ecstatic to prepare gourmet meals for all in the fully equipped custom kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances. Start your day off right with breakfast at the central island that can seat up to 5, and have a family meal around the large dining tables in the formal dining space can seat up to 24.

Through the sliding glass doors off of the living room, step out onto your private pool deck where you will find your own private pool and spillover spa. Spend the day sunbathing in one of the 8 sun loungers or two ledge loungers that surround the pool. Head to the tiki bar where you can grill up your next meal and enjoy it on the high top that seats 4 or outdoor dining with seating for 16. When you've enjoyed your time in the pool, take advantage of the outdoor entertainment with ping pong, corn hole or giant connect 4.

As the day comes to a close, there are plenty of luxurious bedrooms to chose from to have a great night of slumber. The home boasts 5 master suites, two bedrooms each furnished with 2 twin beds, and two intricately designed custom-built kids' rooms. One room features 6 beds in total and the additional bedroom features a twin/twin bunk bed.

This villa is ideal for entertaining with a private game room and movie theater. The whole family will spend hours in their private game room with the plethora of arcade games! Whether you're up for a competitive game of air hockey, or even bowling or racing, this game room will have it all even including a mini carousel! Once you've had your fun in the game room, head to the movie theater and enjoy family movie night on the 120' movie projector screen and 8 reclining leather seats. For the guests who just want to relax, head to the loft where you can play a game of pool.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• Pool and spa heating is available at an additional cost, with varying rates by property.
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 60 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
