. The home seemed great at first, until we started seeing roaches. We saw about five roaches in different areas of the house, and I have pictures to prove it. A few ladies in our group were so uncomfortable that they actually left and went home.To make matters worse, after midnight the host pulled up to the property and yelled, “What are you doing?” because we had moved two easily movable tables in the garage so we could park our vehicles inside. Our group consisted of women over 50, and some were not able to comfortably make the walk from the additional parking area. We had every intention of putting the garage back exactly as we found it, and we did.The host's attitude and constant micromanaging made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. What was supposed to be a relaxing weekend turned into a very unpleasant experience.The house itself has potential, but the roach problem needs to be addressed and the host needs to communicate with guests more respectfully. Unfortunately, I would not stay here again.
