FILTHY DISGUSTING HORRIBLE

The pictures must be from when it was brand new-every surface was dirty, or sticky, or smelly. Walls and furniture visibly dirty vents covered in layers of dust.

Nice Layout, just NOT taken care of properly

I want to start with the positive, the house photographs well, the bones & layout of the house are great, location is great. 1. The house was filthy, coffee maker, countertops, all flat surfaces, the floors, white/brown dirty sofa, etc. 2. The house smelled awful at first and the dishwasher smelled like poop, they did send someone by day 3 to fix the dishwasher. 3. There was mold on the sink, which they sent someone to fix. 4. There were 4 circuit breakers that kept tripping, they were able to get 2 replaced, bedroom #4 & kitchen; the island and washer were not fixed. 5. There were almost no cooking pans, they did send some on the 3rd day, as well as flatware. 6. There were no serving pieces at all. 7. There were no hot pads, measuring cups or spoons, no can opener, spatulas [that were not broken]. 8. The kitchen sink did not have a stopper to allow ease of dishwashing since the washer did not work so we bought one. 9. There were not enough towels, hand towels, wash rags, which they did bring extra on day 2, but they did not clean anything, walking barefoot left you with dirty feet, gross. 10. Initially, the hot tub did not work but was fixed day 3. Generally good features to the house, the bones and layout were nice, it was just dirty, gross and lacking in cooking functionality…which is kind of the point of having a house.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed. The bathrooms didn’t have enough towels and some didn’t have any tissue. The only Amenities that we could use was the pool and hot tub due to missing pool balls to broken wires. I have a list of other things that went wrong.

AMAZING

The pictures on this listing does no justice. This house is BEAUTIFUL. More than enough space for a family of 12+. Clubhouse amenities are included and over the top for kids during the day and adults at night. Supermarkets and Gas stations/convenience stores are on site.

Beautiful and functional home

The house was exactly as the pictures on the website showed. There was some obvious wear and tear from previous guests, but nothing that disturbed the function of the home. This home was perfect for our family of 16. Everyone had their own bed and we had lots of fun in the pool at the home and the water park down the street.

First of all we couldn't get into the property they sent us the wrong code. second ,we saw in this 🏠roaches🤬,the furniture was ripped the chairs in the movie room was also tore , couldn't use the dishwasher the power was off of it so couldn't use the dishwasher, but the house was very clean.

Large house with plenty of space to roam

Home was pretty much as described. There were a few issues that occurred with the circuit breaker and pool but were resolved in a timely manner. 20 min drive from Disney Parks and 5min from nearby stores. Neighbors were extremely loud all hours of the night but didn’t bother our large group much. However, if you’re planning a peaceful retreat , this may not be the area for you. Would rent again.

Not as pictured

The home is far from new. It is quite abused. I was expecting a fairly new home like in the pictures but it could use alot of fixing. There were roaches, the house is not cleaned well the chairs and couch that are white were so dirty that i had to wash it down myself. The air hockey table was broken. The heating of the pool was not working part of the time. The bar stools are all banged up and creak when you sit on it. Overall for the price i paid i expected a better maintained home. Housekeeping kept on coming In before the 10:00 am checkout time. Which is unacceptable. I have stayed in champions gate numerous times and this was not my favorite house.

A great place to stay

We stayed at Champions Gate with our grown children and grandchildren. There were 16 of us and there was plenty of room in the house for everyone to have a separate space. It was perfect for a large group. The house was very clean and the owners were responsive to any questions we had. The grandkids loved the pool and we all enjoyed going to the clubhouse. It was not far from Disney, a grocery store, and restaurants. We would highly recommend this vrbo. Elaine, Bob and family

Fantasy Getaway

Good house, loud neighborhood

Good house, loud neighborhood. The property itself was clean and nice quality. Lots of room for an extended family to stay for Thanksgiving. The challenges that the houses are so close together and the house on each side of us was playing loud music very often. The guard house did not want to help out so that was limiting when we were outside. We had a lot of pool time and that was not ideal. When the sliding door was closed we could not hear people unless we were in the bedroom sleeping on either side of the music and then we could hear it again. Again not anything the homeowner did wrong but something to consider if renting on a holiday.

Very nice and it accommodated all my family very well. Plenty of room

We enjoyed the week we were there, patio table was pretty wobbly and very hard to play cards on. No cushions in the patio furniture, very uncomfortable. Would not stop me from renting this home again. But, I would request the patio cushions next time. I noticed the homes on each side of us had cushions, so maybe it was a mistake and they were not set out. Otherwise I would recommend this home for any other family. Outstanding home, one other thing, for a home that holds 22 people, it really needs two refrigerators.
