This is our 5th vacation with our family (8-10 of us every year). We always a stay at Reunion because of convenience and standard of homes. This is the 1st time I booked with VRBO. We never recieved our door code so we spent 1/2 hour on phone after traveling al day outside in the cold weather (due to Florida’s cold snap this last week) trying 6 different codes til finally 1 worked, we got inside and everyone especially the littles where excited for their themed rooms. This is the 1st time they have ever been disappointed. The datarwars room is an odd room (reminded me of a walk-in closet) there was no dresser or anywhere for the kids to put their clothes away, additionally after hitting their heads 4-5 times the boys decided it was safer to sleep on the bottom bunker after the 7 year old cut his eyebrow and ended up with a black eye on night 1. We had basically the same issue with the princess room as there was no place to put things away, the 3 year old was fine in the room but the 9 year old decided to move into the room next door as it was awkward for her to climb into the top bunk. There is deceptive photography for sure as the rooms looked way bigger then actual, same issue with the pool area.. We asked for the pool and hot tub to be heated and it was supposedly but we could not use either the pool or the hot tub the 1st 3 days as a part was broken then replaced then not synced so it you turned on the hot tub it emptied. Finally after the 3rd call they got it fixed but still charged me for the 3 days it was unusable. When we got there all the bathrooms only had 1/2 - 1/4 rolls of toilet paper. I get not switching out with new but a replacement roll should have been stocked. My final issues were the window in the laundry room was cracked and moldy, the Stove would not auto start we had to go buy a lighter to start it. Most the dishes we took out of the cabinet were not clean so we had to re-wash everything before we used it. To say we’re disappointed would be an understatement. I don’t blame the owner at all I blame the service he has that is supposed to take care of it, they are not doing their jobs. I have a rental that I rent out as well so I get that there can be issues but this was beyond...
