Our family of four stayws in this property for a week and it was the perfect home base. The amenities were great...this unit is just steps away from the community pool and Walgreens. It is also in close proximity to other things we did on our vacation (Convention Center, Universal and ICON Park). The property was clean, quiet and we'll maintained. Highly recommend!

Orlando stay

Quick three night trip to visit The World if Avatar at Animal Kingdom. Walgreens on the property was convenient! Place was clean, big, fun for kids. Not a bad location, but would have wanted something a little closer to Disney.

Perfect stay with all the amenities we needed

Perfectly located with a Walgreens and breakfast place at a walking distance. Grocery store just a short drive away and the gym and pool were a nice bonus. The place was clean and with a fully furnished kitchen. We are very happy with our stay and would totally recommend staying here.

great community . management company easy to reach and customer service is great. Unit needs some work. bathrooms dated but clean and functional. Living room couch old and stained. Bedroom TV's very small. Master bed makes squeaky noises. All minor issues and overall good experience.

Sill close to convention center but smaller than some of the other properties

We have stayed in some of the buildings closer to the convention center in Vista Cay for many years. Since the tradeshow schedules were all changed up in 2020 we did not book for 2021 in a timely manner and were not able to get the unit we usually got in building 5025. Anyway this building is on the same access road but has an outdoor entrance. So the hallway is all open air. It is fine but just different than we are used to. Also the rooms are setup a bit different. The master has an ensuite bathroom but the second bedroom has the bathroom across the hall. And the entire place is about a 1/3 smaller than the other units. Still included a washer and dryer and dishwasher. And the balcony on this one faces the access street on the Universal Blvd side. So, all in all it was fine. Just smaller and different layout than used to. And there was no binder with wifi and operational instructions in it. So took a bit to figure out the place. But it was located in the area we wanted.

Great condo close to convention

We stayed here due to an event at the OCCC. Perfect location located near north entrance…..great clean area. Publix is close along with Walgreens…..and multiple restaurants. Condo was exactly like stated. We had a small drain issue in guest bathroom but it was taken care of that day I requested assistance. Close to pool…. This unit you can hear some traffic but nothing you can’t handle. We will definitely be back next time we have an event at the OCCC. Super easy to get into, loved the no contact entry upon arrival where you could go straight to unit.

Beautiful Condo in Vista Cay Resort

Vista Cay resort was amazing! This condo in particular was just as expected. It was very beautifully decorated, supplied very well, very clean and easy check in and check out! I could live in this condo! Love love loved it!

Cute condo. Like the layout. Beds were comfy, but the experience was more like a hotel room. Great location and close to the pool and clubhouse.

Dirty, No internet, No AC

Still waiting for a call back from management. The walls, vents were dirty. Bath tub and sink did not drain. The internet did not work. AC only worked in one room. Contacted someone to complain and they were suppose to get back to me. No call back.

Great location

Location very close to Universal. Nice pool and ball court. Front desk wouldn’t store our luggage upon arrival because we booked thru VRBO so we had to sit for a few hours with our luggage before being able to check in which was inconvenient. Beds were comfy and size of rooms was great. Sofa is worn down and uncomfortable, ice maker didn’t work, but everything else was fine.

We really enjoyed the place! I took away a star because we had an issue with ants.

We really enjoyed the condo. It was beautifully decorated and we had everything we needed. It did get quite warm at night with no fans in the bedrooms. And we did come home from a day at Disney to ants crawling all over the kitchen counter were a box is breakfast pastries were. But over all we enjoyed our stay and would choose to stay again.

Great place!

It was easy to rent on line. Check in and check out was quick. The condo was very comfortable for the four of us, and the deck was a nice bonus. It was quiet and we enjoyed the exercise room, pool and hot tub. The location was perfect for parks and restaurants. Staff was responsive - I emailed about a burned out light bulb and it was quickly replaced.
