Don't let the nice pictures fool you!

Beware of bad customer service. The house is beautiful but the upcharge for the heated pool and jacuzzi is a hoax. Friday the jacuzzi did not heat up at all & no bubbles, the pool never heated up while we were there, the property manager was unwilling to give me any refund. There was a ridiculous leak in the master room downstairs from the master bathroom upstairs which I had to use towels to clean the water and all I was told was not to use that bathroom; I took a video because it was leaking like a water faucet. There was 14 of us they gave us limited towels and I had to beg for more, it was like the other person in the rooms weren't supposed to bathe! We bought our own pool towels and for what because the pool wasn't heated and I paid for the service. When they fixed the jacuzzi the following day it was wonderful, it worked well, but the pool never got warm. I am a firm believer in customer service and I should have been compensated for the leak in my room I had to clean up and the fact the pool wasn't heated & we couldn't even use the jacuzzi until Saturday night when we got there Friday. They give zero supplies except 1small trash bag for 14, we eat out nowhere to put our trash give us bags to clean up, I am NOT traveling with trash bags! No tea or coffee bags, no welcome bottled water or breakfast snacks. They're bare minimum cheap. And there should be shampoo, conditioner & body wash dispensers, or small travel ones, like I said bare minimum cheap, bring supplies smh.

Great stay – 8 Adults and 1 dog

My husband and I, our three adult children, their partners and our dog recently stayed at this property for 9 nights. The house is well laid out, spacious and nicely furnished. We enjoyed the game room and the pool area. We paid to have the pool heated, which was good because the weather was quite cool the week we were there. The property could use more pool friendly dishware, 4 cups / plates are not enough. There was plenty of room for all of us and we didn’t feel crammed. My only concern was that some of the furnishings were a little worn. We avoided the couch in the living room for fear it would break as well as the foosball table in the garage. I mentioned it to the property management company the night before we left and they said they would look into those so hopefully they will be fixed for the next renters. There was a daytime break-in at the property behind us on our second last day. Be sure to always lock the back doors when you go out as the lanais are not lockable and people walk between the rows of houses all the time. The Solterra Resort was very nice and a short walk from the house. Lots of space and seating with a large, heated pool, lazy river and water slide. My only complaint with the community itself was that they don’t recycle cans / plastic / glass. As someone who recycles everything at home, it was painful to put those items into trash bags. Our garbage was full every day as was the truck picking it up. Hope the HOA change that practice.

Great Home

This home is beautiful in a great location! We had everything we needed. My only complaint is Wifi. I think it may be the area the home is in but we only had 2G which made it hard to watch tv in any of the rooms. The cell phone reception is borrible also. The check-in process was easy!

Huge house

We started off a little rocky, with the listing stating that there was a pack n play, my sister and I even messaged the host to ensure there was one. Once we arrived, no pack n play… just the bag for it. Also the air was reading at 78 in the house, and fridge was not up to temp. We did contact the host, and they promptly responded and had all issues fixed within 36 hours. We did have to purchase a pack n play, which we are waiting on the refund for. (We were told they would do so). Other than the rocky start we had a great stay. My only suggestion to the host would be having hand soap dispensers instead of the little bar of soap in each bathroom, maybe foil, plastic wrap and baggies and of course for that big of a house more towels. There was only one kitchen towel, and no pool towels. We did about 5 loads of towels during our stay. We had a great time, thank you!

Beautiful home! Warm at night.

Beautiful home. More than enough room for our group of 8. The ONLY issue would be you can not lower the thermostat any lower than 72. Which made it a bit uncomfortable. Thankfully, I read that on another review prior to going so I purchased a small fan and that fixed the issue. We slept wonderfully each night! I would definitely stay at this home again! It was clean. The management was only a call or email away and responded quickly when we had any questions. Looking forward to our next stay!

Family Vacation

This property was great. There was room for everyone. We all had a great time. There was a few issues with the hot tub/pool and the water temp needed to be adjusted but overall, I would stay here again! My Family Loved It!!!! Thank you for sharing your home with us.

Disney Trip For A Four Year Old

Our family visited three different Disney parks for our grandson's forth birthday. We were a group of 8 adults and one child and this house was more than large enough to accommodate our entire party. The location was about 20-30 minutes to Disney so that was a plus. The beds were very comfortable and the house was pretty clean. I was surprised that the ice maker and water did not work in the refrigerator. We just bought a bag of ice from the store and it worked fine. I would also mention that if you are a large group and plan on staying more than a night or two, you might need to wash towels and wash rags as there was not enough for our group of 9 to have fresh ones for the 3 nights that we stayed there. Overall the house was nice and I would stay there again.
