We had a good stay. House was clean and beds were very comfortable. Location to Disney was great. Pic of pool is deceiving. House backs to a main road. Host was responsive with a few issues. Warning: pool heats when filter is running which was never when we were in the pool in the evening. Filter seemed to work at night. I would not have spent the money to heat the pool if I knew they run the filter at night.

It was alright

Place was clean. i’d say listing has to change pictures because it’s more appealing than the listing. We showed up and the pool was green. contacted them during open hours on a Monday (day of arrival) and no answer from either calls or texts. pretty disappointing and no contact till the next day, which is one day gone to waste pool wise. then it took forever for the pool to get cleaned which resulted in about 3 days of no pool out of the six. not a word or apology was said to us after getting our stay kinda wasted. i would’ve rented a house with no pool if i didn’t want one. overall stay was okay we were next to smoking neighbors seems like they don’t care about it when they have signs saying “no smoking” house was good other than the pool

Disney Trip

We thought it was very nice! Beautiful decor. The shower door in the upstairs master was very hard to open/close.The steps and rug in main floor living room and couch need to be cleaned. The faucet in the kitchen is very loose...Other than those maint issues we were very pleased. Very neat, clean overall. Would definitely stay again. Loved the pool area / kitchen area.

Good but not very clean

We had a good stay, but it could have been better if the house would have been cleaner. When I unfolded towels to dry my small child off, there was long black hair all over the towel. Same with mine. The long black hairs continued to show up around the house, even on the kitchen island. There was no hand soap, so I had to go buy some for the whole house. The TVs were set to some Brazilian language and I had to figure out how to change that. The mattresses need to be replaced. It feels like you’re sleeping in a hole. It was nice to have a screened in pool and the location was great.

Filthy

This property is exhausted. Furniture was so gross we struggled to sit on the sofas and sleep in the beds. The kitchen was barren. Carpets are beyond filthy. The listing says game room. What a joke! Not a single dart. Pool table felt is torn. Broken foosball without a ball. All stuffed in the dingy garage. This was one of the lowest quality places we’ve ever stayed in. If you can afford it, stay somewhere nicer.

Spacious and comfortable

Pros: the house had large comfortable rooms with each bedroom having its own full bathroom. The home was set up nicely with two separate living room areas. The private pool was screened in and you could actually swim in it (up to 4 1/2 feet deep). Cons: carpets could use a deep cleaning and living room furniture lacks decent support. Overall very positive experience. We would rent this house again!

Enjoyed

Well it was good but the property management company said no pets in an e-mail and in the welcome book when you get there, but the owner has it as pet friendly. So double check before booking this place. Everything was very cleaned. Make sure you bring measuring cups and tablespoon and a spatula. There was only one teaspoon measure and one cup measure and 1/2 cup. So if you like to cook or back might want to bring your own.

Property has cockroaches

We arrived at the property and right away noticed an odor. Found dead and alive cockroaches upstairs. I contacted the property right away because my family was unable to stay at this property due to the odor and my children have asthma. Maintenance told me there was nothing they could do about it and that cockroaches are common . I contacted the company the next day to let them know my family and I were unable to stay at their property and why. I’ve yet to be contacted back and or provided a refund. The bunk bed in the children’s room is falling apart. The stove was left on and we arrived with a pizza pan in the oven with nothing on it. Found a dirty pen needle which was someone’s diabetes medication in the bedroom upstairs along with food and chips etc under the bed. Property was not clean! Dirty towels found on the floor in one of the bathrooms all bunched up from previous people. Horrible experience for me and my family. We were left scrambling for another place to stay at 6 pm on our family vacation.

Good Property but needs maintenance, roaches upstairs

Although it is a very nice and comfortable house, since the very first night we found roaches upstairs; one in the linen closet, one in one of the kids' bedrooms, one in the bathroom next to the bedroom; and on the last night, one appeared on one of the bed's pillows. I let the property management know and only received an email saying they were very sorry about it. The kitchen faucet was loose and the lighter for the bbq was completely melted. In the Disney room, the bunk bed was very loose and any slight movement would cause it to shake and creak loudly. There were also old blood stains on the sheets of the bottom bunk. In the garage, the billiards cues had tips that would fall of, with two missing tips entirely. The dart board did not work and there were only 2 darts to be found. The foosball table also had a bent stick. Definitely the worst part is finding disgusting bugs inside the bedrooms!

Family vacation

It’s was a great location close to the parks. Plenty of room for all of us. Kids loved the pool at the house for swimming after a long day at the parks and the splash area at the community pool. Only thing no sheets for the pull out couch otherwise great stay really enjoyed our time

Love this place!!

Had a great time with the family! Check in was flawless..no complaints...we had a family of 14 and we fit comfortably..Highly recommend...will be back next year!!

Family Vacation with the Grandparents

The kids loved the house and the Grandparents loved the downstairs master suite. The pool was a nice size and the grill worked great. Need to bring extra towels for the pool because they're not provided at the houses, nor at the Club house. Location was great. Close to a lot of the attractions and shopping. Allow extra time for traffic especially on I-4. All in all family was very happy with the place.

Good for Families

We went with our children age 4 and 8 and both sets of our parents. I slept on 3 of the beds. I am a major bed snob and 2/3 were amazing to sleep in. The one they was okay was one of the Harry Potter beds. They have hangers to hang your stuff on in all the closets. The pans were not the greatest for cooking. They do have a cleaning tool for the grill (we weren’t sure if we should bring one or not). The stove is electric. The house is not too far from the community club house. The club house will let you take water in but you have to buy all other foods and drinks (although my daughter did manage to sneak in some Doritos). The community pool was super busy on the weekend (we went first week of May) and a little bit dirty with bugs/I saw a couple straws/one bandaid)….but when we went back Thursday, it was very clean. They had tubes you could buy for the lazy river (which did had some mulch floating in it but it wasn’t a big deal) or you could bring your own which had to be a certain size but no one was measuring. The community pool temperature was a little too warm but the house pool was perfect. If you use the washer and dryer make sure you leave the door to the room open or the floors get wet. Also the tile floor was super slippery, we ended up laying a towel down in front of the door after someone fell. Even in the downstairs shower the tiles were dangerously slippery. They didn’t have very many blankets either, so I would bring your own if you tend to get cold. Behind the house is a busy road that we could occasionally hear cars peeling out. The house to the left has a privacy screen but the house on the right we could see into their pool area through the bushes. We called to ask about smoking since my father in law is a smoker and he was able to smoke in the front of the house. They do not have pool towels at the house or at the community pool. I didn’t give it a perfect score for cleanliness because I noticed dust on the trim and one of the comforters had something dried on it, also they had extra pillows in the closet and I went to grab one and it looked like mildew or something was on it. Ultimately, we were very pleased with this place despite the nit-picking and we would stay here again.
