Der Gastgeber war superfreundlich und sehr zuverlässig. Das Haus war in einem ordentlichen Zustand auch wenn etliche Gegenstände schon etwas in die Tage gekommen sind.

Casa tem móveis simples. Armários e cortinas frágeis. Avaliação baixa pela péssima comunicação com anfitrião. Mensagem feita pelo App não respondida. Esqueci medicamentos no quarto (minha responsabilidade, eu sei) mas avisei no prazo solicitado e o anfitrião permitiu ir buscar. Viajei de tampa para Kissimmee e a faxineira já havia jogado no lixo. irresponsabilidade dele de não verificar com ela e dela de jogar algo tão importante. Eram medicamentos controlados, de uso diário, que pode causar danos à saúde não usar. Enfim. NÃO RECOMENDO PELO ANFITRIÃO e não pela casa.

Nice place located in a nice gated community resort with good amenities! The only downside was the bedrooms are all upstairs and it was a bit “warm” upstairs. We ended up buying some fans to help cool it down. Overall, would stay at this location again.

Perfect location!

We stayed at this home for one month. We very much enjoyed this property. The home is very close to the pool and clubhouse which makes it a great location if you have kids that want to spend their days swimming. Close to everything, the theme parks, shopping, dining, all within a few minutes drive. The homeowners were always quick to respond to any questions we had and obviously take care of their property. The hot tub was serviced every week without fail. The patio was cleaned and the house treated for bugs, also done every month without fail. Those little things alone make for a nice, relaxing, worry free vacation. You will not be sorry if you are fortunate enough to rent this property!

Great condo near Disney!

Loved the property with the pool and tiki bar and walking trail. Everything was clean. Monica at the front desk was the sweetest person, loved meeting and talking with her. My son and I played pool and air hockey in the clubhouse. The kitchen had everything you could need. A few suggestions. Room darkening curtains in the larger two bedrooms (the twin room had them and was nice). Towels for the pool because flying with pool towels for the whole family takes up too much space in luggage. Also the seating and couch in the living room was not cozy comfy for our family of 4. We ended up watching tv at the end of the long days in our own bedrooms. Otherwise we would return and loved our stay!

2 week stay

The overall neighborhood was very nice. The beds were also above average. Living room furniture is not comfortable at all so if you are spending significant time at the actual accommodations this is not the place for you. Outdoor patio furniture was broken and the pictures online did not match what was provided. If just spending time at the theme parks, this is a good value.

Not comfortable

If you are sensitive to smells or want to stay in and relax in a comfortable house during your stay this is not the house for you. The location is great even with construction and the complex was welcoming as always.

Florida vacay

We stayed at the property for a week. It was close to everytjing for us including other family in the area. Did not really use any of the resort ameneties. We did use the hot tub at the prperty and it was a great releif to our feet and muscles. Matresses on the bed were firmer than we like them to be. Air conditioning kept the lower level quite cool, but it was warm upstairs.

Fabulous locations

Had a great time. Property and resort very clean. Pool absolutely delightful! Perfect temperature for us older folks! Second time at this resort and will certainly consider it again!

Great place

I was very happy with my stay. Emailed Landon a couple times and he reached out immediately and answered my questions. The place was very clean and quiet. We had plenty of room and all the necessities. I would def stay again.

Excellent home

We truly enjoyed this home. The beds were comfortable, the home was fresh and clean when we arrived, and everything worked well. Close to the clubhouse and close to all things Disney. The property owners responded to any questions I had almost immediately, something I have found is not always the case. Anyone would be wise to rent this property.
