The condo was just as listed online. The property was very clean, check in was easy, and it was close to all the amusement parks, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely stay here again.

As described, good stay!

Very short walk to the community pool was so convenient! Felt safe for our 4 year old as there was a pool fence, door alarm that was very easy to use, and a bolt/latch lock that would be very hard for a kid to open. Would recommend a curtain in addition to the blinds in the Mickey room and an air fryer would be nice! Would definitely stay again!

I love this property

This was the perfect home for my family. Extremely close to theme parks and grocery stores. The check in process was a breeze, the ONLY complaint that I have which was an oversight on my part was that you have to put the trash inside the trash compactor (we didn’t know where that was located on the grounds) Overall our stay was amazing and we will definitely try to book again this year.

Great house great location

Really enjoyed this house/ location. Short walk (3 mins) to the market and pool area. Really enjoyed having the pool.

Great stay

Property is slightly dated but kids loved the pool and we loved the close proximity to the clubhouse amenities. We had no issues while staying here and communication with owner was quick and seamless. The coffee table in the living room does have sharp corners so if you have smaller children I would recommend moving it out of the way. We did and had no issues. Would definitely stay here again

Nice place

The place was nice and clean just like pictured. There was a piece of information missed in the instruction email, but the owner was very responsive. Nice place. Would stay here again.

Family Vacation 2024

My family and I stayed here for 9 nights from may 21st to 30th 2024. This house is in a perfect location, situated just across the street from the Windsor Hills clubhouse and pool. My kids loved the water slides and cooling off in the pool during our rest days. The house was great! It was clean and included everything we needed for our stay. My kids loved the disney theme room! Everything in the house worked as advertised and check in and out was easy! The only issue we had was with the living room coffee table. The glass top has sharp corners that several of us scratched our legs on. Overall, I very much recommend staying here!

We were unable to use the private pool the entire visit. It was dirty and the pool pump never ran. When alerting the property they played email tag and never rectified the issue. I also called the first day to inquire about pool heat and never received a call back. One person did come to "clean" the pool but they basically turned the pump on long enough to use a skimming net, for approximately 5 mins then turned the pump back off and left. Also upon checkout there was a person sitting at the end of the driveway in a car watching us pack up. It made for a very awkward checkout experience and was very uncomfortable.

Absolutely perfect!

Beautiful house! Everything was very clean and spacious. The splash pool was perfect for me and my two sons and Disney attractions were very close by. Absolutely will stay there again!

Great location

There were no surprises. It was exactly as described. Great location. Pool was very busy at all times. Nice pool area. Kids enjoyed the water park.

Nice vacation house!

We stayed in this house for our Christmas trip and totally enjoyed it. The house is exactly like its description. It is clean and spacious. The mickey room is a great plus for our kid. It is close to Disney World, which was our main destination this time, and very close to Walmart, where we shopped a few times. Highly recommend.

Fantastic Stay

Spent a fabulous 15 nights at this property. It was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photographs in real life. Excellent location for the Theme parks and the multiple restaurants on the 192. There were no sunloungers at the pool area but when I contacted the property management company they organised some to be brought round. Excellent service! Would definitely recommend and likely to return

Great Stay

Communication with the host was great, we found the list of check-out operations a little daunting but were able to complete the tasks. Nice safety items for small children (baby gate, several strollers, high chair and pack n play if needed) I do wish they had hand soap but it is also something you could buy. Overall great experience. If you have small children you may want to make sure they wear water shoes in the pool at the house as the brick deck and textured stairs were rough on our little guys feet.

Happiness

This was our first trip to Disney as a family and we were looking for a convenient, comfortable and fun property to dip our toe in at Disney. The house is centrally located and was very comfortable. Our kids loved the Disney touches and my husband and I thought the house was well appointed and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would book again in the future.

As expected

The home was easy to find, the location was so close to the main facility we would just walk. I used the gym every other day and it isn't huge, but it did the trick. The home had a little pool that was enough to keep everyone cooled down and entertained in the evening. Everything worked as it should, items were provided as mentioned. If I needed to ask the owner a question, the answer was prompt.

Clean and convenient-can’t complain!

Windsor hills covers a large area, and one of the best parts of this rental is its proximity to the community pool and building. It’s a 2 minute walk, tops, which is so helpful! Our unit was clean and just had normal, rental wear and tear. As other reviewers have mentioned, you have no control over the unit temperature. However, we didn’t find this to be an issue. It was maybe a bit cooler than we are used to during the day, but was perfect for sleeping. We loved the idea of the private pool, but didn’t contact the manager ahead of time to turn the pool heater on. We stayed at the end of March, and needed the heat to enjoy the pool. It did seem the heating cost was higher than expected given the size of the pool compared to what I’ve seen for heating a much larger pool at other rentals. Also; because of the number of units, we did hear quite a bit of noise from other renters/pools, at times the noise went late into the night. No one’s fault here-just something to consider. Inside, the unit had everything we needed! My one suggestion would be updating the upstairs mattresses (we didn’t use the downstairs bedroom). The king mattress was soft and had an older topper. The twin mattresses were both super firm and would have benefited from a waterproof mattress cover over time.
