Cozy 5 Bedrooms Villa conveniently located away from the hustle and bustle of Orlando, but close enough to enjoy its entertainment and everything Walt Disney World has to offer. Just 9 miles away from Animal Kingdom. The Villa is suitable for 14 persons. After spending your day at Disney Theme Parks, you can just come home and relax in the pool while cooking a delicious meal or just enjoy dinner in a restaurant a few minutes away.

This contemporary 5-bedroom home is a great choice for your family vacation base. With 5 bedrooms (2 Master bedrooms) and 3 bathrooms, an open floorplan, and a plunge pool area this home offers just what you need for that at-home feeling while on vacation. The spacious master bedroom is equipped with a King Bed, SmartTV , a private bathroom with double sinks, and a standing shower, it also has a walking closet. The second master bedroom has a King bed, and also a private bathroom.
2 Bedrooms are equipped with full over full bunk beds, and a trundle. The 5th room is equipped with a Queen bed and SmartTV. The living room, kitchen, and dining room are all together in an open house concept where you can enjoy watching the TV while cooking or you can even enjoy the view of the pool.
This home also features a garage that has been turned into an amazing game room with a pool table, Mortal Kombat arcade, and a 2-player shooting Basketball Arcade Game. There’s something for everyone here! Once you are done playing around, step inside the air-conditioned home to spread out comfortably in the inviting and well-appointed living room. Stream your favorite series and movies on the smart TV as you munch on your favorite snacks. Prepare delicious meals and snacks in the well-equipped kitchen, complete with appliances and all the essentials needed.

• Strictly No Smoking, Events or Parties. Additional charges of $250 will be assessed if evidence of smoking or Party is found

• The Pool Heater has an extra fee of $35/day, a minimum of 3 days is required to turn it on. Just let us know in advance and we'll turn it on for you (it takes 8-12h to heat - this time window might be bigger due to weather conditions/wintertime). We won’t refund this amount based on the climate change.

* The maintenance company might appear during your stay to clean the pool without prior notice.

• The BBQ grill has an extra fee of $80/stay. Just let us know and we’ll provide it.

• We are happy for guests to bring their pets with prior arrangements. However, for the comfort of future guests and for hygiene purposes, they are not allowed on furnishings or beds. Substantial extra charges will apply if this or any damage occurs. If your dog usually sleeps with you, please bring your own bedding (sheets and duvet) for your personal use.
•Pet fee : 95$per pet.
•If you have an unauthorized pet during your stay a $250,00 fine will be charged.
• Pet weight maximum 35 lbs.
•Maximum of 03 small pets.

•You can park on the driveway; Please don’t park on the sidewalk or grass.


Starter Kit for your arrival:
For our guests' convenience, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, shampoo/hand soap, and dishwasher pods, to help our guests settle in.
Due to personal preferences and allergy concerns, laundry detergent is not provided. We try our best to stock/equip our kitchen based on popular demands, but please stop by the nearest supermarket (Publix is a quick 5-minute drive) to gather any additional household/personal hygienic items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Housekeeping:
Kindly keep in mind that this vacation home is self-maintained/catered and that daily housekeeping services are not provided. The house will be professionally cleaned/sanitized before each check-in, and it is the guest's responsibility to maintain the property during the stay. Cleaning service during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

Food and Condiments:
As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open products in the refrigerators or kitchen/pantry closets, therefore all food items will be removed after each check-out, and no supplies of such items will be provided.

• Due to the Pandemic, we stopped offering washcloths for hygienic reasons, if you need them for your stay, please bring your own. Bath and hand towels are provided.

Please note the pool heater works thru HEAT EXCHANGE and might not function with weather near-freezing temperatures. Pool heat is an optional amenity that’s offered to most of the properties available. it will be turned on and set to 90ºF - 93ºF. Be aware that pool heat service paid after 4 PM will be turned on on the following day and that the pool may take 8-12h hours to reach its set temperature. No refunds will be given due to incremental weather. Our pool heater pumps have a safety system that prevents overheating of the element when the pump is working overtime in cold weather conditions. This way causes a temporary shut off of services automatically until the pump can regain its function efficiently. (This is optional and may not be available at some times.)
