Living / Family Room
The family room features a large sectional leather sofa that seats eight people and a 75" Smart TV.
For a quiet retreat, the third sun-filled sitting area (study) is perfect for guests wanting to read or relax. It has a comfortable leather sofa and a desk-fitted executive chair.

Kitchen/Dining
Cook breakfast, lunch, and dinner in the fully equipped kitchen with sleek granite worktops and state-of-the-art high-end appliances.
There is a large fridge/freezer, a double oven, a built-in microwave, a stove, and a dishwasher to handle all the cleaning you. It also has every possible appliance, utensil, pot, pan, and everything you could need.
Enjoy your meals in the dining room, which seats 12 comfortably for formal mealtimes, or at the kitchen bar, which seats 4. Guests can also dine outside overlooking the pool under the patio, with a table set for 10.

Home Theatre Cinema & Games Room
After a day at the parks, you can take a trip to the movies from the comfort of the 12-seat home theatre, which features state-of-the-art surround sound, a 103-inch screen, and luxury leather electronically controlled reclining chairs.
There is an ever-growing collection of movies totaling over 100+ blockbusters (and plenty of family-friendly favorites, too). You can also watch TV on the massive screen in the home theatre. For your comfort, we have also installed a butler's pantry in the theatre with a drink fridge and microwave for that all-important popcorn and refreshment mid-movie!
The games room is alongside our home theatre and features an air hockey table and pinball machine!
This area also houses the drinks fridge, bar countertop, and microwave, so you can enjoy instant refreshments while playing all the games!

Outside Kitchen & Living Space
To the side of the pool deck is a custom-built undercover outdoor kitchen with a huge gas-burning grill, two side burners, a refrigerator, an ice machine, and numerous small appliances to cater to all your alfresco cooking needs.
Opposite the kitchen is a further undercover living area which features a large, upholstered corner sofa and a flat-screen TV, the perfect place to rest and relax in the shade during the midday heat or to enjoy a cool drink in the evenings while watching TV or playing a game of pool on the 8ft fully waterproof pool table.

Pool
The deck faces southwest, ensuring the large glistening pool is bathed in sunshine all day. A separate raised Hot Tub comfortably seats eight guests, with both the pool and Hot Tub able to be fully heated (for an additional charge).
The pool controls are operated via a wall-mounted control. If you prefer to relax, there is a separate sun deck with sun loungers for those who like their sunshine hot!

Gym
Mickeys Getaway features a fully equipped gym that is fully air-conditioned with a commercial quality treadmill & exercise bike, free weights, and exercise balls with plenty of equipment to allow workouts for two or more at once. This room also features a large flat-screen TV to keep your mind occupied while your body does all the hard work!

The latest in-home technology is at the forefront of Mickeys Getaway, with large flat-screen TVs in all the bedrooms and living spaces.

Age Requirement for Booking: The reservation holder must be 25 years or older.

Starter Supplies Provided: To help you settle in, we offer a starter pack of essentials, laundry detergent, dishwasher pods, trash bags, one roll of toilet paper and bar soap per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels for the kitchen. Guests are responsible for replenishing these items and any personal supplies needed beyond the starter pack.

Rental Agreement & Guest Registration: The primary guest must review and electronically sign a short‑form rental agreement within 48 hours of booking. State and county rules also require an accurate list of all occupants (names and ages) for the stay.

Security Deposit Policy: A credit‑card hold will be placed two days before check‑in and released within ten days after check‑out if no damages or missing items are reported. After booking you’ll receive an information request; before arrival, we’ll send a secure link for the card swipe. No deposit is charged at booking.

Allergy‑Friendly Environment: To protect guests with severe allergies, pets and other animals are not permitted anywhere on the property.

Licensed and Compliant Property: Our home is fully licensed and adheres to all state and local regulations, ensuring a safe, clean, worry‑free stay.

Guest Capacity & Additional Charges: Rates are based on the number of guests declared at booking; extra guests incur additional charges.

Self‑Catering Property: This is a self‑catering home; guests provide and prepare their own meals throughout their stay.

Property Maintenance: To maintain the highest standards, our professional Pool Care Team and Gardener will visit the property daily or weekly, as needed, to keep everything pristine.
