Above and Beyond – Incredible Hosts!

Very nice home with tons of space. The pool area is wonderful to just relax and get away. Enjoyed our stay and would consider going back next time we head to Disney.

Comfy home base for family vacation

Family getaway to Universal Studios

Relaxing stay

We were in town for a competition and stayed a few extra days. The neighborhood is quiet and charming. The house was really lovely. The kids loved playing in the pool!

Great Stay!

Cleanest home we have ever rented! Well furnished, comfortable, welcomed for an evening arrival with lights on, and a few basic grocery items left for our enjoyment. We would absolutely rent from them again. Conveniently located to the theme parks and local services.

Great location for a Disney vacation. Loved the 3 bathrooms. Beds confortable. Would stay aagin!

Nice property and neighbourhood. Close to Walmart, gaz, and Wine store. Close to Disney parks. Heated pool and jacuzzi were amazing. Little ant problem in the Master bedroom but it was taken cared of by the property management. Great stay!

Great stay for 6 weeks to enjoy the weather

My husband and I with our 2 pups stayed for 6 weeks. Nice walkable neighborhood. Pool was nice and relaxing. Quite neighborhood, clean house, close to plenty of things to do. Management was very responsive with little intrusion.

2 week stay

Real positives were the upgrade to an 4 bed, ease of contact with the management through the tablet, comfort of the beds and space. Appliances were all good and when we realised a blender was damaged it was replaced the next day. We booked a deluxe villa and did feel that the one given was a little tired. With heavy rain the pool filled with little insects as the overall covering of the pool, the netting, needed a clean. We mentioned this to the management company who offered to contact the pool cleaners but my husband cleaned it. The pool area in general needed a bit of a tidy at the edges. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Kissimmee which was pretty central to everything we wanted and we were able to Uber to the parks and back. I'd definitely use the same management company again as service was great.

Perfect

This house was excellent! The neighborhood was quiet and safe. House was very clean and comfortable. It exceeded our expectations. We enjoyed hours of fun in the pool and relaxing in the spa. We are already planning our next trip and are looking forward to renting from Lisa again.

Family fun

The property was great: located very close to Walmart and ALDIs so easy access to get groceries. We visited Sea world, discovery cove and icon park ( sleuth murder mystery dinner) - each about 30 minutes driving time. The bbq was worth the extra cost as was the pool heater. Great location for great time. Pool and pool table were utilized.

My stay

The property had the basic needs. There was things that could use attention but nothing that would take away from our experience. Microwave door was broken, one bedrooms bed side rail seemed off,grill burner cover was rusted out and couldn’t be used, stains on chairs. All in all though my family was unbothered by this.Thanks for hosting us

Wow this place was amazing!!

We ended up here after a complete disaster of a previous rental. Nikki was extremely helpful, always responded quickly and got us into this amazing home! Everything was perfect, the house was clean, the beds were comfortable, only about 20min to any Disney park(even when leaving in the afternoon rush hour), there was a really nice walking path behind the house to take our dog on walks, and the pool with added heat was just icing on the cake. I hope to be able to stay at this property again and will absolutely be looking for it on our next Disney trip! I’ve stayed at a lot of rental houses and this one may very well be one of the nicest ones I’ve stayed at. Thank you so much for not only saving our vacation but also making it amazing!!

Beautiful home

House was very nice layout, would be great for a family with kids. They would love the Mickey Mouse room. We were just 2 couples and didn’t use the 2 kids rooms. But it would be perfect for a family with another couple or grandparents and kids. Pool was lovely. Whole property was very clean.

Great Location, Lovely Villa, Great Pool!

We had an amazing stay at this Villa. The rooms were perfect for our friends and family, it had everything we needed. The pool was lovely and such a nice area outside. Great location, minutes away from a Wal-Mart which was great for picking up everyday things. Very clean and well looked after. Lisa and Sonya were so helpful and we knew if we needed anything they were only a phone call away. I would definitely recommend this Villa to friends and family! We will be booking with them again!! Thanks Very Much! :-)

1350 seasons blvd

The house surpassed our expectations. Very clean with every comfort of home available. The heated pool was great and needed during the cooler days. We also rented the bbq which was a nice bonus. Quiet safe neighborhood with a nice walking path around the pond. Pool alarm was a great safety feature for families with small children. Walmart within 2 minutes for groceries and also fast food or sit down restaurants close by. Absolutely recommend this home!
