  • This 4-bedroom townhouse accommodates up to 8 guests and features
    open-plan living and dining areas. The fully equipped kitchen with
    breakfast bar and seating is great for meal preparation and causal
    dining. The games room allows hours of fun for everyone. Outside
    features a private pool with hot tub, surrounded by sunloungers and
    alfresco dining areas. This home is situated in the Emerald Island
    Resort, a prestigious gated community, just minutes from the main gate
    at Disney World. Set in over 300 acres of land, this resort offers a
    fantastic Clubhouse and Tiki bar, a communal pool with a spa and
    beautiful nature trails. Guests seeking a more active holiday will
    benefit from access to the communal gym, multiple sports courts and
    three different children's play areas.

    Please be aware that a non-refundable Resort Access Fee is charged at
    $20/vehicle (plus tax) upon arrival at this resort. A minimum charge of
    one vehicle applies, and a maximum of five total vehicles are
    permitted.

The house was super nice with ample room for 5 people sleeping and 7 people hanging out. We didn’t use the garage/game room because it was very hot and no ac but I’m sure it would have been fun - in cooler months. The only minor issues were the arranging the heating of the pool - I wish that could be something you book with at the same exact time of booking the house just include it all. And I appreciate the on-site management for all their help and guidance regarding the pool heater. And the ac at times was hard to get cooling - I stayed in the back room and we had to have that fan on all the time as it was always hot back there but it was fine with the provided fan. The pool was also not the cleanest - it didn’t look like anyone had cleaned recently - lots of dead bugs and small debris floating - so some of my friends were turned off from that but we made the most of it. All in all we had a great time and would definitely do it again!
