Solterra is a gated vacation resort offering a quieter take on the Disney-area experience — ideal for families who want resort perks with space to breathe

- A $50 use fee applies. Guests must provide their own gas. If left unclean, a $70 cleaning fee will be charged

- Soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and disposables will not be replenished during the stay once the initial supply is used.

- The towels provided are fixed, and no extras can be supplied.
