Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located College Park duplex. Nicely nestled next to lake Fairview, college park and winter park. You have access to i-4 just minutes away or drive 3 min over to college park and winter park for plenty of restaurants, bars and beautiful parks for the entire family to enjoy.

The space
⭐ Cozy and comfortable living room - wifi and 55" TV equipped with Roku setup so you can login/stream from your favorite services. The couch serves as an optional futon to sleep 🛏️ an additional 1-2 guest.

🍽️ - Bar top for just hanging out, eating or just having a drink.

👨‍🍳 - Kitchen fully stocked, including coffee maker, coffee microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and refrigerator. A stackable washer dryer combo unit is in the pantry for your convenience

💆‍♂️💆‍♀️ - Master bedroom: Cozy up with a full bed for 2. 55" Roku enabled TV and plenty of closet storage.

🛌 - Bedroom 2: The double has a combo twin and full bunk bed, sleeps 3 (1 twin bed, 1 full bed) and also has a dedicated work space.

🅿️ - Free Parking: Good size and dedicated parking directly in front of the home. Space included for 2-3 vehicles is shared with another unit

🌞 - The entryway serves as an enclosed yard space for little ones and pets.
Other things to note
Property type is a duplex. The listing is the back of the property (unit B) and there is another tenant on the front side of the property. The ONLY shared space is the parking area.

Accessing the property: You will need to walk from the parking area to the rear of the property via the pavers walkway.

Nightmare

Our dwelling was double booked so on NYE at 11:30 pm, after Ubering all night, we had to drive to a new location.We actually used the code to get in our rental and someone was already there. We had to drive 10 minutes on NYE to the new location. Thank goodness the other renters didn’t have a gun when we walked in on them.
