When it comes to great places to stay you really can't do much better than Citrus & Sage. Very competitively priced for a home of this quality, this extremely well appointed private villa offers fantastic value for money providing, as it does, tremendous resort style amenities, in a secure gated community, with a great location just 2 miles away from Walt Disney World.
Citrus & Sage is a 4 bedroom / 4 bathroom property in Windsor Hills Resort, and is located just a 1 minute drive, or 5 minute walk away from the resorts wonderful amenities. With 1824 sq ft of living area to enjoy it provides plenty of room to relax, with the added bonus of a private pool and spa, while the resort amenities provide a host of options for those who are more energetic! As you would expect, this lovely home also comes extremely well equipped.
This is a very pretty home, and has such a relaxing ambience, due in part to the open feel it has and the great choice of colors, mostly pastel and very tranquil. If you want to relax on your vacation then Citrus & Sage really is a great place to do it. It sleeps 8-10 people comfortably, though we do prefer to restrict occupancy to 8 to preserve the condition of the home.
The bedrooms consist of 2 master bedrooms, one King size and one Queen, each with full en-suite facilities. The other 2 bedrooms are a second Queen room, and then one twin room. All the bedrooms are very tastefully furnished and have flat screen TV's, with high end linens too. Please note that this is a single storey home so all the bedrooms are on the first floor, something that has gone down very well with families of all ages over the years. We should add that all towels and linens are provided for your stay too, another great feature offered in your home from home.
Citrus & Sage also boasts a spacious and very stylish kitchen, an open living room and dining area, and a laundry room with a full size washer and dryer. The main living area features a 55" smart flat screen television, perfect for watching a family movie, and with an upgraded cable package too, there are plenty of those available. *Please note that the home also has high speed wireless internet access, offered complimentary to all Evergreen guests.
After enjoying a memorable day at the theme parks everyone will surely appreciate the well stocked kitchen with mahogany cupboards, a dishwasher, microwave, full size refrigerator and freezer, stove, coffee machine, toaster, waste disposal on offer as well as all the hand held appliances you would expect. With all kitchen utensils and crockery provided too, and a dining area with seating for 6, everything is there for you to both prepare, and enjoy, a home cooked family meal.
Even on vacation most families will plan on having a night in to just chill, or even enjoy a game of table tennis, and in Citrus & Sage you can do just that. In the garage, converted to a games room there is a full size ping pong table, as well as a hand held arcade game and a large wall mounted flat screen TV, where you could hook up your game console or firestick. This has been a great addition to this already impressive home and is just one more reason why this property would be a great choice for you.
A patio door from the living area leads onto a private pool deck furnished with a table and chairs, several loungers, and boasting a private pool and hot tub. It is a great place for the whole family to splash around and have fun in relative safety, and with all this facing South you can enjoy the sunshine in the early afternoon and well into the evening, perhaps enjoying a spot of supper as you plan your next adventure! *Pool heating is available for an extra fee - feel free to ask for more details.

Windsor Hills Resort
Windsor Hills is a beautiful, family-friendly, gated resort community in Kissimmee, Florida (south of Orlando). Situated only two miles from Walt Disney World® Resort, it’s located within easy reach of most of Orlando's top attractions. The Windsor Hills villas each have private, screened-in pools in addition to the fabulous community pool and kids’ water park. This secure, 24/7 guarded community has everything and more for your family vacation.
Some of Windsor Hills’ notable features include a luxurious zero-entry pool, water park with fountains and water slides, a hot tub/spa, and a toddler splash pad. There are plenty of dining and shopping options nearby.
Universal Orlando Resort is about 21 minutes away, and Sea World about 19 minutes, traffic permitting. Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral is just over an hour away. In the other direction, Clearwater Beach is about an hour and a half drive.
There are several golf courses within easy reach, including Mystic Dunes, a 72-par public course designed by Champions Tour Player and NBC Golf Analyst Gary Koch. * We take a 25% deposit at the time of booking, with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. If you are planning to stay within the next 30 days then full payment will be due at the time of booking to secure the home.
* Guests are not required to check in at our office in Celebration. You will be going straight to the property on arrival, and using a unique access code to gain entry. Your arrival pack, sent 5-7 days prior to arrival will have all this information, as well as the address, telephone number, and internet password for the property.
* Like all vacation homes our homes are classed as self catering accommodation. We do provide starter supplies of soap, toilet tissue, shampoo, detergent and dishwasher tablets, but guests are expected to replenish them during their stay.
