Welcome to Charming Villa by Magical Vacation Homes, your family's perfect Orlando retreat inside the beloved Windsor Hills Resort, located just minutes from Walt Disney World®. This 6-bedroom home blends the privacy of a villa with the fun and comfort of a full resort, creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family vacations.

Step through the door and into an inviting open-concept living space, where style meets comfort. The bright living room, modern kitchen, and spacious dining area come together to make every meal or movie night feel special. From morning coffee before the parks to evening laughter around the table, every moment here is designed to bring people together.

Outside, your private pool and spillover spa await—surrounded by palm trees and sunshine. Enjoy family barbecues, relax in the bubbling spa, or simply unwind under the covered lanai as the kids splash and play. Whether it's your first day or your last, this backyard oasis promises endless relaxation.

Each of the six bedrooms offers its own unique comfort. The primary king suite features a serene design, walk-in closet, and ensuite bath for peaceful mornings. Two additional king bedrooms provide elegant retreats for adult guests, complete with flat-screen TVs and plush linens. A queen bedroom offers another cozy option for extended family or friends traveling together.

Younger guests will love the two themed kids' bedrooms, where imagination comes alive through playful décor and vibrant character details. Whether they're drifting to sleep surrounded by adventure or waking up ready for another day at Disney, these rooms make every stay magical.

When it's time for fun, head to the game room, where foosball, shuffleboard, and classic arcade favorites invite friendly competition. As part of Magical Vacation Homes and Windsor Hills Resort, guests also enjoy access to resort amenities—from the water park to sports courts—all just steps away. Dream Big. Vacation Bigger.

Rental Policies
• Check-in: 4:00 PM / check out: 10:00 AM
• Early or late check-in/out: 1/2 nightly rate
• The rental agreement will be sent once the booking is made and must be completed within 48 hours to avoid potential cancellation
• No smoking / No pets
• By state law occupancy of property must not be exceeded
• 20% non-refundable deposit due at time of booking
• Final payment due 45 days prior to your arrival
• 13.5% sales and tourist tax (not included in nightly rate)
• One-time cleaning fee required upon all stays
• Daily housekeeping services are available upon request
• Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.

The host was very responsive to any concerns. The house cleaners need to pay a little more attention to detail. The pool and hot tub heat could be better; perhaps a different heat system would be more efficient. Otherwise it was it was a wonderful home and it allowed us to enjoy our vacation.
