Chatham House villa did not disappoint in any way. Everything was as described in the advertisement and communication with the host was excellent. The villa is very well equipped with a lot of nice touches to make you feel at home. We don't cook when on vacation but the kitchen had every appliance and utensil you could possibly need.Beds were comfortable and the air-conditioning worked perfectly. The pool was clean and the pool area looked to have been recently refurbished and was perfect for our needs.We have vacationed in the Chatham Park area many times and find it a perfect area for access to shops and restaurants on the 192 aswell as the theme parks. All in all I would highly recommend this villa for a vacation rental.
