We checked in on a Sunday and we never got the code to get in so we called the number and no one answered. We called several times. No answer no voicemail. We did the chat through the company we reserved through. They were having a hard time getting a hold of the company so we filled out a form acting like we were trying to book a room and that’s when we finally got the code. The place was okay. We did find two dead roaches when we checked in and the next night we saw a big alive roach. The company did offer to come spray once we reached out but we refused because we didn’t want someone in while we weren’t there. We didn’t see any more roaches.
