Play, work and relax with your family/friends at this beautiful 6BR house. It’s newly furnished with a fully stocked kitchen, private pool/spa, workspace / coworking space, pool table, free parking in the garage and driveway, washer/dryer and EV charger (Juicebox) inside the garage.

No carpets in the entire home allowing for a thorough clean after each stay. Enjoy your own private/west facing pool/spa to relax after you buys days at the parks or other adventures.

Located in the gated Bella Vida resort with a zero entry resort style pool and spas, clubhouse, movie theater, fitness center, sand volleyball, walking trails, game room, playground and basketball court.

Additional Service Charge:

➊ Pool/Spa Heating (Gas) | Pool heating option can be provided during the winter/colder months (December - March). Spa heating option can be provided all year around.
★ $45 per day (minimum of 3 days - if requested for partial stays an additional $35 travel fee will be added). Please note that the gas pool/spa heater works faster than the heat pump most other homes provide but it's very expensive due to the increased fuel costs.

➋ BBQ Grill | $80 fee to use a 3 burner BBQ grill (up to 7 days). Additional days are $5 per day. It will be delivered by a rental company in the backyard. Charcoals / open fires are NOT allowed.

➌ Pet | ★If you pay pet fees at the time of your booking no additional charge will be requested★ Please read the following pet policy:

Only dogs are allowed. No Cats or other animals. Dogs up to 30 Ibs and max of 2 dogs are welcome at our home. The pet fee is $100 per pet for the entire stay. Pets must be declared and approved before checking in. Please provide breed, size and weight. Pets that shed a lot of hair will not be approved. Failure to notify us of a pet could result in the request to vacate the house immediately without a refund, plus fees for any damage and/or extra cleaning. Your fur friends must stay off the furniture and beds at all times. If pet hair is found in the beds and furniture an extra $100 cleaning fee may be charged.

➍ Baby Equipment | Guests must request a pack n play prior to check-in. Otherwise, guests should rent it from a rental company (babyquip).

POOL/SPA HEATING:
The pool/spa water heater runs at the same time as the pool pump filter (the timer is set for 9am to 9pm). During cold nights, the pool water may feel colder in the morning and possibly early afternoon. As the day goes by, the heater will heat the water, but it will not turn the pool into a hot tub. It simply heats the water enough to make it usable. During very cold days, it is possible that the water may not reach your desire temperature. Please take this into consideration as we cannot refund the pool heating fees. The weather is out of our control.

CLEANING FEE :
The cleaning fee only includes the basic cleaning of the house. Please make every effort to leave the house as you found it (plus normal wear and tear). Our cleaning team will charge an additional fee which we’ll have to pass to you for any of the following:
• Stained towels, bedsheets, bed and duvet covers, walls, furniture, or other items
• Garbage pickup (garbage that is outside the trash can or trash bag)
• Pet hair, urine, or waste
• Liquid or food spills
• Any additional cleaning or treatment which delays the normal turnover of the house

Note** Please be mindful of our neighbors during your stay. Our house's quiet hours are in place to ensure that everyone can enjoy a peaceful night's sleep. Our strict quiet hours are 10 pm to 8 am.

Parties / Events / Smoking are NOT allowed. $500 fine plus extra cleaning / damage fees will be billed. Please read our house rules fully prior to your booking.

Parking |
• 5 Cars MAX - please provide a copy of the driver's license for all drivers to register for the gate.
• Do NOT park the car on the street, grass or sidewalk at any time. Cars will be TOWED without notice at owner's expense.

Trash |
• All trash must be bagged and fit inside the trash bench located on the front porch.
• Make sure to close the lid on the trash bin. Otherwise, it may attract raccoons, other animals / pest. You may use the trash compactor near the clubhouse for any extra trash.
• Any trash left outside of the trash bench and any trash that blows out of the bench due to the lid being open will result in a $100 fee for cleanup by HOA.
• Garbage will be picked up every day except on Sundays & Wednesdays starting at 6am. It's highly recommended to place trash early in the morning till 10:30am on the pick up days.

Postal Service |
• USPS does NOT deliver mail on the property. Only UPS and FEDEX will deliver to the doorstep.

• 1 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bath
• 5 Dish Washing Capsules In The Kitchen
• Hand Soap, Body Wash/Shampoo per Bath
• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket (Target/Walmart) to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay.

Kitchen |
- Full access to kitchen / oven / microwave / refrigerator / dishwasher / coffee maker / toaster / blender / kettle
- As per Florida law, we are not allowed to leave open food in the refrigerators or kitchen closets. - All food items will be removed after the guest checks out and no food/coffee will be provided prior to check in.

Bathroom |
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hand soap
- Guests are responsible for their toiletries for the duration of their stay
