Venture out a bit to discover a number of additional attractions including the Celebration Golf Club, the Orange County National Golf Club, Disney Springs, and the Orlando Vineland Premium Outlets, all less than 20 miles from your door.

Sunlit, spacious, and very stylish, this modern, five-bedroom home boasts a well-equipped, full kitchen with a complete suite of stainless steel appliances, plenty of prep space, and a breakfast bar. Gather together for mealtimes or family game nights in the adjacent dining area and then settle into the plush sectional in the living area to watch TV into the evening.

Step outside into your screened lanai to soak up the sunshine and indulge in a refreshing swim in your very own private pool.

This townhouse also features central air-conditioning, a desk and chair in one of the bedrooms, and a private washer/dryer to let you pack light for your trip.

This development is currently undergoing construction, and noise may be heard during your stay.
Check-in time: 4:00 PM.Check-out time: 10:00 AM.All guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.An EV charging station is available in the nearby Aldi's shopping center.

Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Beautiful property/Road construction is awful.

The property is beautiful. Pool is small but enough for what we needed. Only negative thing I can say is the road construction currently going on in the area is awful. Also property is in high traffic area and takes about a 40 mins to drive to universal studios.
