Amazing place!

This place is just perfect, great location, quiet neighborhood and Patrick and Tom are one of the best hosts we have encountered, always responsive and accommodating. The house was spotless, the rooms were big, the kitchen had everything we needed and it was fun to have a pool table at the house. We would stay there again in a heartbeat

The townhouse was clean and had everything we needed. Decorated beautifully and tastefully with Disney touches throughout. Close to everything we needed. Hosts were quick to respond when we had a question.

Great first experience!

The owners thought of everything! The property was well-maintained. Incidentals such as soaps, bottles of water, and coffee were waiting for us when we arrived. The condo was 37 steps away from the community pool and parking was most convenient. Patrick and Tom provided an excellent first experience in condo renting.

Excellent townhome!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Patrick and Tom’s townhome. The townhome was clean and bright with just the right touch of Disney accents. This townhome has everything you need and then some. Plus it’s super close to the neighborhood pool. We liked the Legacy Park location as it was away from crazy spring break traffic yet still had everything you need close by. We would definitely recommend this townhome!

Beautiful Condo - Close to everything fun!

Tom and Patrick have an absolutely beautiful condo and it was a pleasure staying there! They made everything very easy, from booking to check-in to check-out. We had a small issue (our fault) and ended up getting locked out pretty early in the morning. A quick message with a super quick response resolved it within minutes! Thanks guys! The décor is beautiful, everything was spotless and they have thought of anything you might need during your stay. We felt very much at home. Thank you so much gentlemen! We would love to stay here anytime we travel to the area!

Great Property

We were really thrilled with the overall feel of the property. Not only was it a great location, but all the great Disney touches in the home were a huge bonus. My family of three throughly enjoyed our stay in the first week of August 2021. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and was a perfect accommodation for our family. We utilized the high chair and pack and play for our young son. The pool is conveniently located just steps from the back screened in patio making this location ideal. An unexpected perk was that we were the only guests using the pool each day. We visited Disney (15-20 minute drive) and SeaWorld (35 minute drive) while on our trip. Our stay ended too soon and we hope to return in the future!

The Perfect Place for an Orlando Vacation!!!

This was by far one of the best and cleanest properties we have ever rented with VRBO!! Patrick and Tom have went above and beyond to make sure guests have the perfect place to stay in Orlando! Their townhome pictures are exactly what you get when you arrive, but there are so many more small touches that make your vacation perfect - comfortable beds, plush towels, soaps and lotions provided in all bathrooms, laundry detergent provided, games, and so much more!!! There are so many small, thoughtful touches that make your vacation so much better and are not offered from other properties. If you’re still debating on a property, I highly recommend Patrick and Tom’s home!!! They are always quick to respond, you’re close to all parks and will not be disappointed!!

Practically Perfect In Every Way

Our family came for a week to visit our daughter who is a Cast Member. We were very pleased with this large tastefully decorated townhome that included linens and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds and furniture were very comfortable after a long day at the parks. Lots of stores and restaurants nearby but we had our groceries delivered from Walmart. We came in January so it was too cold to enjoy the pool but it was only steps away from the back lanai. The owners are courteous and responsive. We would definitely stay here again for our next visit.
