Great clean location.

Excellent stay, although the car beams and alarm beep, kept waking me. I think blackout curtains can solve the beams. Place was clean. Love the morning walks at the interior artificial lake. Close to so many eatery, restaurants and the AC Flea Market. I do have one thing to say, requested the bulb from the refrigerator the first day I got there.They said They ordered it, never installed. They said they ordit.think

Comfort and Relaxation

Comfortable, very clean and just as the description of the apartment reads! Never had any complaints! A wonderful home to visit with great areas to go see! Beside the major parks to see… we visited a murder mystery dinner theater, Box Tower Gardens, Friday night Kissimmee Car shows, Disney Springs a wonderful walking area. Take time And really enjoy i you our stay! Can’t wait to stay next year!

Great location!

Price was good, online communication was good. Very roomy and spacious ! On-site property manager was a little snippy with us when we had questions, so we figured stuff out on our own (no one answered the phone or called us back when we left a message during business hours). Walls are thin, and you can hear noise from neighbors, but nothing we couldn’t handle. Very convenient to highways, groceries, parks and entertainment very accessible! We did not use on site pool or other amenities, but they looked nice. Overall, nothing was too bad, and I would stay here again.

Nice property and great location for Disney

We enjoyed a few days at this property over the holidays to visit parks and the Citrus Bowl. The villa is good size and perfect for a family of 4. The only (slight) downside was not being able to access the fitness room (codes didn't work) Otherwise all was great!

insatisfaction et déception

Plusieurs problèmes sont survenus, barrure à clavier qui ne fonctionnait pas à notre arrivée, dégât d'eau sous l'évier de la cuisine, détecteur de fumée qui sonnait la nuit, avons dû monter sur un bureau pour réussir à de débrancher et par la suite remplacer la pile. 2 luminaires que nous avons dû remplacer dans la cuisine mais ne se vendait qu'en boîte de 6 donc des frais supplémentaires. Infestation de bébites dans la cuisine, heureusement pas des coquerelles mais très désagréable. Le lave vaisselle qui fait un bruit infernal. Impossible de se baigner car piscine et spa pas entretenue, piscine non chauffée. Pas de soleil sur le balcon donc condo très sombre. Pour le prix payé et bien je m'attendait à beaucoup mieux.

Clean property in central location to Disney, mecum auctions etc. Property management instructions were misleading “(4 digit code” when it was a six digit) and no access to work out area and pool when attendant was not there…otherwise fair value.

It was good

Apartment was clean and neat with essential things in it. Only tv was not working well and was not placed on right place and it wasn’t big enough too. Also tvs in two bedrooms were not in working condition. I will definitely recommend any body to stay here. In kitchen more casserole will help.

Very Clean & Quiet!

We arrived a few days before our Disney days started, and it was nice to just relax … because once we started those long days it was all I could do to drag my behind from the car into the condo and shower to get into bed at night to do it all again the next morning! Lol! But to have everything within a short drive - even the parks themselves!! It was great! It was a very peaceful place to stay, and naptime in the afternoons on off park days was awesome .. and welcomed around there on the few days we had them! There isn’t anything I would suggest changing about the condo itself! I would suggest the condo owners add assigned parking for each unit, maybe 2 spots per unit and then guest parking where it is. That parking situation was insane sometimes - but not unbearable! Would and have already recommended it to several!
