The amenities are what makes this place a great deal. The waterpark and activites are included and well worth it. If youre not going to use the amenities then i may suggest looking elsewhere. The age/quality of the interior of the unit leaves somethjng to be desired.

Fun property and good value

This condo is clean and the owner was very responsive. The pictures represented the unit well and it was very short walk to the pool area. The condo has very basic kitchen equipment but enough for our family and having the washer/dryer was great. The condo could use some maintenance, but overall I would recommend staying here. The property was a lot of fun with the lazy River and waterslides. The wristbands were similar to very cheap watches, so they were constantly falling off and were very annoying to wear in the water.

Average condo, good location and amenities

Overall, I rate this condo a 6/10. First, the good… This condo is part of a resort that includes a few hundred units. The resort pool and water park is wonderful, especially for a resort of this size. Resort staff were friendly and attentive. There are many activities available for guests. The condo itself was reasonable. It was clean and limited basic supplies are provided. Comfortably sleeps 4. Disney and Universal are 20 minutes away or 30 with traffic. Many restaurants and shopping nearby. Now the not so good… The mattresses are rock hard and the box springs creak loudly with every minor movement. They are so loud it made vacation fun time impossible without waking the kids in the adjacent room. The condo also had the odor of stale smoke. Not recently smoked in, but the smell has absorbed into the walls. Made me think a wrinkly retired couple with raspy voices chain smoked for years. The unit had been hastily refreshed with paint and vinyl flooring but it looked like “lipstick on a pig”, according to my wife. The old hardwood was floored over but it still creaked with every step. Overall, the unit is reasonable for the price, but not the luxury I would have liked.

Great location & amenities.

Overall, nice place to stay. Centrally located to everything we were doing and food. Quiet place to sleep, but the walls are a little thin if the adjacent unit has kids staying and running around.Older establishment that had tried to be updated. Biggest complaint was the washer /dryer. The dryer took 3-4 cycles to dry clothes. No one had ever cleaned in that closet. Wife pulled out a lint bomb that it was a wonder it hadn't burned up from heat blockage.Internet is there but pretty much non-existent. We could not get it to connect to TV, phones, tablets. We made due, but the decriprtion of "spotty", is an understatement. Kids pool area was the saviour. The resort fees are a bit excessive, but still within people's affordability. All in all, 4 stars.

Very nice and clean

Very nice property and a lot to do. Very clean. Waterpark area, lazy river and hot tubs were the perfect touch! We highly recommend and can’t wait to be back! The only negative I will say is we were given 6 bracelets and 4 were broke. I messaged the owner and my question was not acknowledged.

Cozy with close proximity to pool

The property with was close to the community pool which came in handy with the back and forth with kids everyday.The place had all the amenities needed, including pool towels. One items I’d recommend adding, I also should have reviewed the listing items more closely, is shampoo and conditioner.Communication with the host prior, during and following our stay was prompt and proactive.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and will be sure to visit again.

Quick Disney trip

Lovely townhome that fit our needs for a Disney trip. The down side was the water slide was under construction but the lazy river, hot tub and pool were great. We only did a short stay but there was plenty to do and could have easily stayed much longer.

Hurricane Drama

We had a wonderful family trip planned for 10/5-10/12 and everything was fine until Hurricane Milton ruined our plans. I will say, for the night we stayed, the property was nice, and we looked forward to staying the week. However, we have a small child and safety was out number one priority, so we left. That started the drama. This owned not only couldn't care a less about the situation, but ended up lying over and over to us. We wanted to rebook! Reschedule! Come back! We absolutely did and offered over and over. VRBO even said that the owner has the ability to help us out, especially with the situation, they just have to want too. They did not. And then they lied to my credit card company about our stay and what they said, luckily? I keep receipts. The property is nice. I would absolutely recommend it. Please stay there! We may book with the property itself (for the higher price) but as I should have known, owners in these situations are usually frauds and don't care about anything except for their money. I know that are going to blast me in the response, and that is their right. But buyer beware and remember that no one cares about the safety of you and your family. So steer clear from VRBO in general, and especially this one.

Amazing location, great property, unbeatable value

My family and I stayed at this property for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The property is situated in a resort with excellent on-site amenities, making it perfect for families. Its central location was very convenient, providing easy access to all the parks. The beds were quite comfortable, and the kitchen was very functional. We did encounter a minor issue with the dryer, but the owner promptly addressed and resolved it. The property, while showing some age, has been renovated, particularly the kitchen. The rest of the unit remains pleasant and very livable. We enjoyed the lazy river and the gym facilities. Overall, the value and location of this unit are exceptional. I highly recommend this property.

Work and relaxation

Great family get away

Property a little out dated. But was perfect for what we were looking for in a resort. Enough space for our family, comfortable beds and fun water park and hot tubs. Plenty of linens to shower and the washer dryer was wonderful. Safe area. Close to food and stores.
