We had a wonderful family trip planned for 10/5-10/12 and everything was fine until Hurricane Milton ruined our plans. I will say, for the night we stayed, the property was nice, and we looked forward to staying the week. However, we have a small child and safety was out number one priority, so we left. That started the drama. This owned not only couldn't care a less about the situation, but ended up lying over and over to us. We wanted to rebook! Reschedule! Come back! We absolutely did and offered over and over. VRBO even said that the owner has the ability to help us out, especially with the situation, they just have to want too. They did not. And then they lied to my credit card company about our stay and what they said, luckily? I keep receipts. The property is nice. I would absolutely recommend it. Please stay there! We may book with the property itself (for the higher price) but as I should have known, owners in these situations are usually frauds and don't care about anything except for their money. I know that are going to blast me in the response, and that is their right. But buyer beware and remember that no one cares about the safety of you and your family. So steer clear from VRBO in general, and especially this one.
