KiethThe house was great. My Grandson flipped out over the game room and theater!! We enjoyed our stay as well. Just a couple of minor maintenance things you might want to address. The bed frame in the Master downstairs is loose or broken on the end. The faucet in the kitchen is loose and the water pressure in the master is really low. Other than that, it was a fantastic experience. I will definitely be using you next year, or anytime, we come back to Disney. Thank so much!

The hosts were great, provided good directions. The house was full of fun things for the teenagers and adults that stayed in the home. Even in November, the kids enjoyed the pool. It was good to stay off property and it took between 20-30 minutes to get to most of Disney World because of traffic and construction. A few things to keep in mind that don't effect the house at all but is just helpful knowledge. We were there the week of Thanksgiving so it was busy in the neighborhood. Expect a wait time the first time you check in at the gate, there were a lot of cars. Once you get the visitors pass you will just sail through the gates, which is fantastic. The houses are very close together and the porches are screened in so you can hear everything your neighbors say and their music. The day times were pretty quite but the evenings could get noisy. Again we were there over the holiday so lots of traffic and parked vehicles on the streets, in driveways etc. Overall it was a nice place to stay, we enjoyed our holiday!

The host was very responsive to questions. House was clean and well maintained. Kids loved games and watching movie in hot tub. Houses were close together and neighbors (l suspect other vacationers) we outside and loud past the “10pm” curfew. Overall a great stay and central location to various parks.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but it would be selfish to keep this Gem of Orlando to myself.The hosts believed I had cut the “Pool Door Alarm” wires and withheld 125 from my deposit. I don’t agree — why would I disable a safety feature for my toddler? — but they stood by their decision.We couldn’t find the Pack ’n Play listed in the ad, searched every room, and ended up renting two out of pocket. Two weeks later, they sent a spotless photo of one, apparently it was there all along. Silly me, I missed the storage room on Platform 9¾.The “Smart Kitchen” needed my phone flashlight to see the fridge and stove (blown bulbs). Faucet was wobbly (annoying at first but became endearing), garbage bin lidless (did wonders for aromatics). Coffee machine but no filters. It’s a good thing I always pack coffee filters right next to my passport! There wasn’t even a spatula to make eggs, but no biggie, my kids happen to like their eggs fresh and extra runny, in a glass, on mornings.The Pool was perfect for skinny dipping (lights didn’t work), hot tub lights did work though, boring!. Veteran BBQ grill has mileage that would make Ron Jeremy blush! The home theatre projector randomly rebooted, must be the “AI intermission feature.” Had to call them to check the theatre AC, he said it freezes below 70, a new one for me! Despite it all, this house has character. I can’t wait for next year — I’m booking the same property and hoping it stays just as memorable!

Check in was easy and the property manager was easy to work with. All the games worked and the younger boys loved the game room, couldnt get them out sometimes. The house clean. The alarm on the pool doors was annoying but necessary, if i had toddlers i would have appreciated the alarms. The double washer and dryers were an unexpected surprise i was able to get everything clean before our departure, which was nice.

Good for bug families

Resort and amenities were nice. This particular house had some maintenance item. Air had a difficult time keeping up, game room games malfunctioned and would have to be restarted frequently, dryer didn’t dry well (vents were broke upon arrival and we believe there may be some clogs), air conditioning filters weren't in system which is why we believe it had a hard time keeping up. Several of the bar chairs were in closets broken upon arrival so we only had 3 stools at the bar. Overall, the house is nice, just needs some maintenance to get it back up to par. We enjoyed our overall stay with friends!

"Perfect Family Getaway – Comfort, Fun, and Mickey Nearby!

We had an amazing stay at this Florida home—it was the perfect fit for our family of 10 (yes, 10!). First off, the place was spotless. The beds were super comfy—after long days of Disney magic (and meltdowns), we all slept like enchanted logs.The theater room? A huge hit. We may or may not have used it to distract the older kids so the adults could sneak in a few peaceful moments. And the pool area? A little slice of heaven. Our favorite part was watching the big screen TV over the pool at night with a cold drink in hand after the littles were all tucked in. Pure vacation magic.The location was ideal—just close enough to Disney for easy park days (we did 3 and that was plenty!), but also peaceful enough for downtime. And don’t even get me started on the neighborhood clubhouse with the water park. There was truly something for everyone—big kids, little kids, and even grown-ups who still act like kids.Highly recommend this home for your next family getaway. It's got comfort, entertainment, and plenty of room for all your chaos. You’ll love it—we sure did!

The home was beautiful. I was not happy that I paid for the grill for all of our stay and it ran out of propane 5 minutes after putting the food on the grill. I called 4 times to have it replaced and I didn’t get another tank till the next evening. So all the food I had for grilling was trashed because this home is not equipped with the proper cooking equipment. So please bring your own or eat out. Tissue was only available in 1 bathroom so please bring your own. I didn’t know the home had pool towels till the last night. The towels are in different rooms of the house. It was like a game finding them. The internet service is weak so only 1 TV can work at a time if you have other on the WiFi. Ice machine didn’t work. The washer are meadow. Only hot showers in 3 bathrooms.

Fun house - played pool a few nights/air hockey/shuffleboard and spent a lot of time outside in the pool and hot tub. Bachelorette Party spent a day at Disney springs, which wasn’t a bad Uber ride and the Bachelor Party did a fishing boat in Cape Canaveral (a bit of a drive 1 hour)

Great Family Place

We came from Iowa with a suitcase of meat to grill for a family vacation. We are used to having items in the cupboard for cooking so wasn't the best of quality, but did pay to get the grill. Game rooms and space is the BEST. Pool not warm due to weather so heater didn't run. Was very disappointed about that since that was why we came to enjoy time with the grandkids. Overall, for the price I don't think we'd find another place to accommodate us all so comfortably. Movie theatre was enjoyed everynight.

Family Getaway

My family truly enjoyed our stay. The host was courteous and very accommodating. I was even offered a reimbursement for a minor issue. The home was beautiful and we all enjoyed our stay. I would absolutely book again and have already recommended the house to friends!

Family Vacation

We loved the house and the location was perfect for us. We enjoyed the waterpark that we had free access and utilized on a couple hot days during our trip. We had five families stay in the house, and each room looks just like the pictures and was large enough to accommodate everyone. We even had a room to spare. The game rooms were awesome and fun for the older and young to enjoy. We were missing the Keurig machine on the first day, but when contacting the rental company , we received a brand new one that same day. Due two traffic it took maybe 25 to 30 minutes to get to Disney and Universal, but wasn’t a dealbreaker for us because all the amenities the place had to offer. Would definitely return and stay again.
