The house had everything we needed, was very clean, and in a cute neighborhood!
The host responded quickly and was very accommodating.
I would definitely stay here again!
Eighth Green Cottage is in a nice, safe neighborhood. It is conveniently located to Winter Park, great shops, restaurants, and I-4 access. We will definitely be staying here again.

A great property, in one of the nicest areas of Orlando. Super responsive owner when the bathroom door handle broke. Shower is small if you are a big person might not be for you. Super spot if you want access to downtown Orlando but the quiet of a beautiful historic neighborhood.
Perfect set-up....Matthew got the place ready for us as we arrived later than expected.Clean and comfy...loved being close to the golf course...neighbour hood was great to walk our dog. Thanks Matthew!,Sharon
We rented this cottage for out of town guests to stay while attending a baby shower. The cottage was spotless, the beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood is safe and conveniently located to Publix and restaurants. We will stay here again. The shower very oddly placed, but it was not a problem.
This is our second stay at this property. The unit is clean and comfortable, convenient to restaurants and shopping. It is a quiet, safe neighborhood with easy on/off access to interstate 4. It is pet friendly with great walking along the golf course and community streets. Host is right next door if needed. Highly recommend
We had a wonderful time at 8th Green cottage! We wanted to spend time in Winter Park and the location was perfect, only a few miles away! It’s such a lovely, historic neighborhood, great for walking. The owner Matt was quick to respond to a few questions that we had. The master bedroom was huge and both bedrooms had comfortable beds. Thanks so much! Peggy and Bruce (and friends that visited for 2 nights)
We stayed just for the weekend and we were satisfied with the house and location. Shower size and toilet location a little challenging but pretty minor issues. Place was very clean and that’s most important to us. Most likely will book here again.

Orlando
The structure was clean, the beds were comfortable, however the host did not even provide us with a glass of water and in addition to coffee, everything else was paid for. Furthermore, the external photos did not correspond to reality, as the photo in the advert indicated the cottage owned by the host and not the b&b, which was actually in an annex. finally, the most annoying thing was the air conditioning. we tried to communicate with the host, to try to understand how to adjust it, since it also hit us in the face during the night, but no one ever answered us.
Our stay was generally positive, though the initial arrival was a bit confusing. The listing photo shows the main house, not the actual rental villa, which is a separate structure located to the right of the garage. Clearer directions and a photo of the villa itself would be very helpful for future guests. The interior of the villa was accurately depicted in the listing. It's a cozy space with a functional kitchenette (including a shower), a comfortable living area with a washer and dryer, a kids' room stocked with books and games, and a front bedroom with a full-size bed. We appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee pods and ample toiletries. The villa was clean, quiet, and equipped with reliable Wi-Fi and TV. Parking directly in front of the villa was also very convenient. The location was excellent for our needs, with easy access to I-4 and a quick drive to downtown Orlando. It was perfect for our week-long stay. Our only significant issue was the presence of two wasp nests – one near the kid's door and another by the entrance. We had to purchase wasp spray to address the problem, which was inconvenient and slightly concerning. While we understand that nature can be unpredictable, it would be beneficial for the owners to regularly check for and remove nests to ensure guest safety and comfort.Despite the initial confusion and the wasp issue, we appreciate the owners' hospitality and the overall convenience of the villa. We would recommend this property
The property was comfortable for two adults and small dogs. The kitchen had all we needed, the living room and dining area were comfortable, and the neighborhood was quiet.
Quiet, safe neighborhood close to shopping, restaurants, entertainment. Clean and comfortable, hosts are friendly and responsive. Easy access to interstate
This is a very spacious guest house in a safe neighborhood. Great location and a short drive to a lot of popular areas. There was construction going on across the street, but the sound didn’t pick up in any of my virtual meetings. The hosts were very friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
This was a cute little house that was centrally located to Disney Parks and Universal Studios. It was perfect for the 4 of us. Very quiet neighborhood which was awesome for us to come back to after our times at the parks. Highly recommend, it is a tiny home, but having the washer and dryer was a plus, we did all of our laundry before we left back to Texas.
Quiet, clean, friendly, all the resources we needed
This was a great home for my husband, one year old, and myself. It was quiet and restful. I appreciate it was clean, decorated well, and had plenty of dishes, bedding, soap, games, books. We could tell the owners do a great job keeping up with upgrades. Thank you so much! We recommend it and would come again if we are in the area. The bedroom with twin beds is on one side of kitchen and living room is on other side. Set up for family since shower is in kitchen and you walk through kitchen to get to bedroom.
We had a great vacation in a lovely cottage in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed being so near Winter Park. The host was very responsive to our requests. However, the place has only one bathroom with a separate shower. Both are off the small kitchen. It worked out very well for us.

DO NOT stay here - the host entered the cottage while I was asleep
Do not stay here. The host entered the cottage while my wife and I were asleep. The place was clean, good location, and the AC was solid. But for me, there are three things I look for in an accommodation: decent bed, decent shower, and privacy. The bed feels like someone's old mattress with deep divots, the shower is smaller than the shower in most RVs, and the host entered the cottage WHILE I WAS ASLEEP.I don't want anyone to get the wrong impression here - the place was mostly as advertised with nice decorations and decent furniture - except that there is NOT a hot tub (something I don't care about). But regardless of amenities, location, or price one thing we all expect from a rental: We expect privacy - just don't expect that here. And if you're traveling for relaxation and want to sleep past 7AM, this place is not recommended. There are two homes under construction within a block and the workers start early (not something the host can control of course), but in case you *can* sleep through that just know that while I was trying to sleep there THE HOST ENTERED THE COTTAGE.Do not stay here.I'm sure this will result in my VRBO account getting blocked or this review not getting posted but after this situation I will never trust a VRBO host again.
Unfortunately, we really did not enjoy our stay. The location is excellent, however be prepared that you are essentially in the homeowner's yard. Overall, it was difficult to be comfortable for a number of reasons. The master bed was hard and uncomfortable, and so I slept in the “kids’ room". The kitchen was difficult to navigate with the shower in the middle of the kitchen and the tiny bathroom on the other side. My husband is 6’5” and neither of these amenities worked for us. He couldn’t close the door to go to the bathroom, and it was even challenging for me. There is one towel rack outside the shower in the kitchen, but nowhere to hang a wet towel after use. A bath mat would be nice as well. The bathroom had nowhere to lay one’s toiletries, so everything was in the sink or on the kitchen counter to get ready. Same with the shower, no caddy- so our toiletries were all over the shower floor. We brought a few groceries, but it wasn’t a good idea to cook anything with a hotel style sink and no proper dishrack. A few inexpensive and thoughtful details would have made our stay and others’, more comfortable. These include hanging more towel racks and/or hooks, adding a shower caddy, installing a shelf or cabinet in the bathroom, perhaps adding a separate area to get ready by placing a mirror near an outlet, replacing the kitchen runner curling at one end (trip hazard), having a working Keurig filled with water, making ice in the empty trays. Overall bad.
